I wish I could leave zero stars. Two orders later has made us realise that this company is an absolute scam or we just must be that unlucky and unfortunate to have received the most sorry looking "large" bouquets of flowers. What they advertise is nothing what we received and for the price I wish I just went to my local garage and picked up some flowers of better quality and better priced. After a complaint was submitted they did agree that there was a quality issue and refunded and replaced the bouquet but just received the same sub standard bouquet. Flower heads were coming off the stems. What was left of the flower heads wilted after less than one day. Sparse at best with more foliage than blooms. I would love to upload photos but unfortunately there seems to be a problem doing this.

Waiting to see what the flowers and chocolates are like plus the delivery. Frustrating that for some reason Mon 26 May was blocked out for deliveries with no explanation all other dates avaiable. The order summary on the webpage said 1 x rose and the full proce paid, however it seemed to omit the chocolates I added to the order as part of the overall price

I ordered a bouquet of pink flowers and got a bunch of clearly yellow ones (see photo)! I naturally complained only to be told that the flowers were delivered on time and were of good quality. Whilst this was true, I again pointed out that I specifically ordered pink ones, not yellow. They disregarded and dismissed my complaint saying that the Head Florist had examined the photos I provided and could find nothing wrong with them! This unbelievable blatant refusal to admit that they had got it wrong and apologise amazed me. I will not be using Prestige Flowers ever again and would urge others to be very wary of this company and their shocking way of dealing with very justifiable complaints. There are dozens of other online florists that offer a great products and good customer service, unlike this lot.

Unfortunately will not be using them again. They delivered not the flowers I ordered. I ordered the May bouquet in medium size. The flowers that blooms in May. I ordered those flowers as they were my friends favourite colours and her birthday is in May. Did complain about the wrong bouquet. They could not give me a satisfactory answer . All the answer I received was how well the flowers looked. Nothing about why they change my order.

Sent a medium bouquet of flowers to my friend in Scotland, very sparse, after 1 day rose bud wilted, so disappointed it was for her birthday, will not use them again

£55 worth of flowers looked like £7 worth. Flat, lifeless and died within 24 hours. Picture on website did not match what was received. Customer service was appalling- only offering £10 credit voucher. Useless as never using this company again. Do not use this company if you don’t want to waste your money. Review only allows you to write about delivery and nothing else!

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - NOT HAPPY I ordered over a week ago Orion Luxury large with 9.99 chocolates for my friends birthday they have just arrived - They cost me in in total £81.00. Just received a picture and a thank you from my friend - I am so disappointed the quality is terrible the roses are old and petals look like they are falling off also the flowers aren't luxury look like I bought some garage flowers. TBH I probably would have got better flowers from a garage. I feel I have been ripped off Absolutely Terrible!!

Very disappointed with service, just would like to aware other people , what Prestige flowers no guarantee for next day delivery and you don’t get any refund, only ifs it’s pass 3 days. Still didn’t received my one, I can imagine how they will look after 3 days travelling in vans, of course if I will receive them.

Delivery took 12 days, the flowers were rotten, mouldy and stinking. Sent images to the complaints department and they refused to give compensation. Horrendous company

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday on the 13/05/25 for delivery on the 17/05. An Essex address but my order is showing on tracking as being in Plymouth. Been the same since the 17/05. Its now the 19/05. Still no delivery. I have emailed several times about this but getting no where. Not happy, will not be using Prestidge flowers again.

Poor quality flowers that didn’t last. Complained to company but they don’t stand by the advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee. I’m in New Zealand, recipient in uk but apparently I didn’t complain quickly enough!

The bouquet was very disappointing given its price, it was by half smaller than on the photo on the website. (And we even paid extra to have a bigger bouquet).

Im sure the flowers will be lovely but when I checked out it was £83.97 but then it became £92!!! And I’ve no idea why, it said pay now £83.97 and by the time I checked out it had increased! I order online all the time so I don’t think it was me so beware when ordering!
