I would not recommend or even order again from Prestige Flowers. Useless. I ordered A medium bunch of flowers, paid good money, £46.96, for it. However, whilst ordering process was simple, the delivery was done on time, what got delivered was a shoddy bunch of flowers. Hardly worth the money paid and the receipient was not happy either. I sent a photo taken by my 81 year old, but the customer service kept demanding a Birds Eye view photo of the flowers. My aunt is not well and to demand this is unacceptable and this was explained to their Team. However, they chose not to acknowledge that and kept insisting on this photo. I am not sure what purpose the Birds eye view photo would serve when the photo provided is evident that it does not match the bunch that is advertised! Total Rip off company and way too arrogant behaviour. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

When I signed up for an account, you gave me 10% discount offer for new customer, which then sent me via a link to a new page. There was nothing in the basket, which meant that I would have had to start all over again with the order that I wanted. I had just filled in a sympathy card and video message, giving a lot of thought to it. I didn't want yo start all over again as it was late, so I missed out on the 10% discount.

Excellent, this is the second time I have used Prestige flowers this year ,both times flowers arrived on time. Both occasions ordered florists choice and fresh beautiful flowers would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

I ordered flowers for my partner using my own dsrd details, address etc, and within 20 m8nsbof ordering received s email asking me to provide proof of who I am, seriously, for a bunch of flowers, from a company I have a account with, what a joke

Three times in a row now that orders have failed to arrive on the designated delivery dates. They offer the postage back but I'd rather take my business elsewhere, absolute joke of a company

Customer service non existent, no help whatsoever. Emailed them with a complaint , not had any response, no help on the phone. Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from them , you will be wasting your money!

Utterly unbelievable, that a flower company would not have a sympathy card, or even a plain card, to deliver with sympathy flowers. Totally inappropriate to have an upbeat "Just For You" card included as standard, unless, of course, you go with their other suggestion of no card at all. Top to it off, they tell me "We appreciate you taking the time to contact us, and we hope that the gift brings joy and delight to its recipient.". Very poor.

At present, the “Just for You” design is our standard message card, and unfortunately, we do not currently offer plain alternatives. Please don't waste your money or time with this people What they are marketing on their website and what they deliver is nothing alike I have ordered some flowers to be delivered to a hospital for our niece who had a major operation I particularly paid the additional £10 for the large bouquet I couldn't believe my eyes when she sent me the picture of flowers that she has received Total scam and cone!!!!! Tried to talk to customer service who doesn't care and so unhelpful
