I ordered flowers from Prestige for my mums birthday this month. However the package was in such a damaged state that the courier wouldn’t deliver it as the box was ripped open and the stems were broken. My mum never saw them. When I contacted Prestige about this issue they refused to process a refund, or even credit our account for a new bouquet. They claimed that we rejected the flowers and were therefore not entitled to anything. This is disgraceful. What was meant to be a nice birthday gift, from a supposedly reputable company feels like a scam. I understand that the package could have been damaged by the couriers, but that is for Prestige to sort out with them. They should not be punishing the customer for never receiving an item they were supposed to provide. This is without mentioning how rude and unhelpful the customer serviceh team were. Not even as much as an apology. Awful

I ordered flowers to be delivered for our civil partnership reception, selected the specific day of delivery and emailed the company to confirm they can deliver on the correct day/time. They confirmed the flowers would be delivered and made no indication that the use royal mail as their delivery service. I then received an email from the royal mail stating that the flowers would be delivered 3 days after our wedding. After emailing Prestige Flowers, they lied and told me to ignore the royal mail's email and that the flowers would arrive. Our civil partnership happened, and no flowers were delivered. The order was a complete waste of time and money and Prestige Flowers, who had no problem lying to me via email, claim to have done nothing wrong. Do not order from this company, they ruined our big day and didn't seem to have any empathy whatsoever.

Highly disappointed with what was received. I purchased a large bouquet and got a medium size one (I had purchased a medium the week before so I knew there was no difference). All I got was a bow that was extra. When I emailed they doubled down that the flowers were fine. They also 100% guarantee you get what you ordered, so they should change that. Save your money and buy from a supermarket, we were given a bouquet that cost half the price and it’s full and beautiful and next to the ones I got mine look pathetic. I’ve posted what I ordered and what I received.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, I paid £28 for the September bouquet for my sisters 70th, received no more than 10 flowers and lots of green bits, tiny box, I had a roses bouquet bought for me from my grandchildren, compared to prestige flowers The roses are beautiful, I’m not sure who writes giving 4 stars, to me they don’t deserve it, never use them again it’s just not worth the money

Ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday which was 3 days ago, they’ve still not been delivered. When asked for cancellation and refund today, the chat rep said that they can’t do anything as the “tracking” says “delivery attempted twice”. No delivery was attempted whatsoever. What a waste of time and money. Bunch of cheats!

Absolutely shocking service , the flowers arrived late in terrible condition, customer service was useless . They wouldn’t help in any way just kept saying that I wasn’t the customer when quite clearly I had paid on MYcard and the money coming out of MY bank account. I am a widow and the flowers were sent to my daughter for her birthday and this has upset both of us. I will never use Prestige flowers again.

Order no 9062183 Not very happy about your service ordered flowers to be delivered on 14th just been notified being delivered on 15th phoned to complain only to be told I should have trawled through pages of T&Cs to find you have a 3day window not good enough for a prestige services

So disappointed with Prestige Flowers - paid over £50 for flowers, cake and a message. The flowers were v disappointing, not like the pic - 4 roses amongst other cheap flowers for that cost (paid for large - how many roses in small, shocking). The worst thing for me is that I thought I was ordering from a local florist, which is what I searched for. Its not great an online company can control google in this way.

Extremely bad service. Nice arrangement should have arrived on Saturday but eventually turned up Sunday afternoon. Birthday was yesterday so meant a disappointed daughter. Flowers were pathetic see photos

I have used Prestige flowers many times and probably two in five times the orders are acceptable but have put the three in five deliveries down to flowers being out of season etc. However this time the birthday flowers I sent to relative in the UK were of such poor quality I felt the need to complain yet despite providing them with photos of the delivery (it was called rose serenade but not one rose in the miserable looking bunch delivered 3 carnations ,babies breath a a couple sprigs of pathetic looking chrysanthemums. No glass vase yet it was paid for. There resolution 10 pounds off next order. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SRE CROOKS!

The only positive part of my experience was the prompt response from customer service. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The flowers delivered were completely different from what was advertised on the website, the bouquet was much smaller than even a basic supermarket arrangement, with only a few flowers and mostly leaves. What was shown online versus what was delivered was misleading and frankly embarrassing. The irony is that this company pays for sponsored Google ads to attract customers, yet fails to deliver what they promise. If only that advertising budget was invested into actually providing proper, high-quality arrangements, customers would get what they pay for. To make matters worse, the “resolution” offered was a partial refund to my account on their website. Why would I want credit to use the same service again, just to be embarrassed a second time? Overall, I cannot recommend this service. Very misleading and poor value for money.
