Very disappointed with the flowers I sent as a gift, did not look at all like the picture on the internet site. They failed to bloom and the response from customer service was equally as disappointing. Would not use this company again.

Very disappointed as in past flowers sent have been good. On this occasion I ordered the same size (med) as image showed on website. Yet the ones ordered for my mother had 2 stems with half the amount of lillies on . Did email with photos to customer service to be told the bunch was correct and it will bloom in next 3 days- . Dread to think what you would get in the smaller bunch. Sadly I could not see any of their bouquet descriptions what you actually get, except that the image advertised is medium. I counted the flowers and looked at quantity of stems in their image -silly assumption from me! Did arrive next day, as ordered!

flowers sent by my eldest son for my birthday. I cut the bases off stalks and put into a vase. The bouquet was mostly purple statis everlasting flowers. 3 PINK ROSES. 3 PINK SNAPDRAGONS and 3 SMALL WHITE CHRYSANTHAMUM SPRAYS. Next morning the 3 roses had gone brown and bent over. The next day the three snapdragons had wilted and collapsed. The next morning the little white sprays had also collapsed and bent over below the blooms. So I was left with all the purple everlasting flowers and all fresh flowers had died back. I can only assume they had been left out of water for some time before shipping. I had five other bouquets for my birthday, two veru cheap Lidls' . one Waitrose, one M&S and one mail order from Bunches. All had fresh flowers that are still fresh and beautiful 10 days later. I am disgusted with the standard of flowers you sent and will tell people not to buy from you.

I was very disappointed with the flowers that I ordered for my daughter. Nothing like what was advertised and will not be using this florist again.

Delivery provider let them down. Made worse by robotic and defensive customer service. Flowers 2 days late and look as such. Overpriced for the product, delivery and poor service. I will be finding a local independent florist in future.

The £26 bouquet ordered (at 50% discount) was appalling - no better than a garage forecourt bunch of flowers at a third of the price. Customer service after care was also dire - would not budge in anyway with regard to there being anything wrong with the flowers even when I compared them to the image on the website - was just told to feed them the flower food - not sure what difference that would make to the sparseness of the bouquet! Sent in photos as requested & still nothing - they wanted a birds eye photo within 3 days of delivery - who does that? I didn't know anything was wrong with them until spoke to my mum (the recipient) & for the 1st time ever, she actually mentioned how bad there were! Only a £5 credit offered after I said I would be doing a review & after I said I would not buy from them again! Steer clear..........:(

I ordered these flowers for my daughter in-law for her birthday, I paid £49 all in all they were very dry and limp and the quality and amount of flowers were not even worth £10. I have said endless amount of emails to them, and they said they met there quality control. I don't know what they know about flowers but they must be blind as they were discussting to take people's money for absolute rubbish.

Very stingy bouquet missing elements and very disappointing compared to the picture. Ordered a large bouquet and what was sent looked like less than even the standard bouquet. Not worth the £50 sadly.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary, arrived on time. Roses already dead, brown and crumpled - what a nice surprise for her! Can’t upload the photo because the website won’t let me, how convenient! Do not buy from this company!

I do NOT recommend. Paid for next day delivery to see they was sent to the wrong place. Tried to talk to someone early on once I'd seen the tracking and they didn't help at all. Here I am 2 days later waiting for these dead flowers to arrive. AVOID.
