Was sold flowers for Mother's Day and allowed to pick a planned delivery date on Mother's Day. This was a last minute arrangement and could have been arranged using a local florist but I trusted this service instead. I feel the user experience was misleading and disingenuous. On contacting customer support the same day I ordered, I was asked to wait until the end of the delivery day to see if the delivery would arrive. When it didn't, they then said I should have known it would not arrive on time by reading Terms and Conditions. Really poor experience.

Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day. Paid extra for them to be delivered on the actual Sunday. My 90 yr old mother in law was expecting them so left the porch and her front door open to ensure she caught the delivery. She was devastated!! The delivery said he tried to deliver but no one seemed to be at home! THIS IS A LIE!!! I emailed cs today, they are not interested at all! Only interested in getting your order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Ordered a large lilly and rose which was almost £40. Very very disappointed in the bouquet my mum received for her mothers day. The 6 roses are dying and the lilies are buds. I complained and received a response saying they believe the size and quality is what it should be

My experience with Prestige Flowers was fantastic. I ordered a nice bouquet for mother's day on the Monday to be delivered Saturday, as I'm sure deliveries would be difficult on the Sunday. They were dispatched Friday 5pm and they arrived Saturday morning about 11am. She opened them straight away and found a beautiful array of flowers and foliage, all wrapped with a gel substance around the stems to keep them moist, and if they toppled over in transit the gel wouldn't escape. A huge thank you to whoever selected and arranged the flowers, for the beautiful bouquet, and thank you Prestige Flowers. Who were cheaper than the local florists overall, and better quality too.

I live abroad so ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. Flowers didn't arrive on the date I had selected for delivery (Mother's Day). I emailed the company and honestly they couldn't have been more unhelpful. Emails back and forth asking me to track it myself (I did, could see it hadn't been delivered) and asking for so many details (I provided the order number in my initial email, seemingly that wasn't enough for them). My mum ended up receiving the flowers a day late. Really poor customer service, and the flowers, when they did arrive, did not look like the photo on the website.

Really disappointed, what came was not what the photo implied, only plus was me and the wife reading these other bad reviews and getting a laugh from them, id like a refund please, they'll look as good as they did when they landed so you can re sell them to someone else

Ordered several times and the one time my flowers get left outside, my parcel gets stolen on mothers day. I explained the situation to the relevant department and they said there not liable. I did not authorise my parcel to be left outside visible to everyone. It wasnt even left in a safe place. It should have been left with a neighbour or returned at a later date. Unfortunately, no replacement or refund. Will never use this website again as apparently its my fault it was left the way it was. Not the companies fault or drivers fault, its somehow my fault :)

Half the flowers were dead or crushed. The delivery driver left them outside without ringing the door and the bouquet size looked small even though we ordered a medium. So many flowers looked so bad we had to bin them. It was a Mother’s Day gift, so very disappointed.

Paid for Mother’s Day flowers to be delivered and was delivered a day late. Flowers were also dead on some of the petals. Contacted customer care who seemed uninterested and were bothered about stating policy than rectifying the issue. Didn’t even offer to refund…worst ever and will not be back. Paid £46 for flowers for Mother’s Day and my mother didn’t receive them. Absolute disgrace

Ordered flowers on Monday 24th March for Mother's Day - Flowers have yet to arrive, have been e-mailing Prestige, they have responded by offering a small credit, then offering to refund delivery charge of £5.99 - unbelievable - there has been no delivery!!! Final email from Prestige this afternoon was that they were closing lines of communication as they had fulfilled their terms - NOT! I have contacted my credit card company and explained -Credit Card Company have refunded me full amount as a temporary solution, they have raised a claim with Prestige Flowers for "goods not received" they have 45 days to refute this claim. If the flowers arrive, they have to be kept in original packaging, Prestige Flowers to be informed and shown evidence product not as advertised and delivered after agreed date. So disappointed as we have always had good service, customer service is appalling.

The recent reviews say it all! Bought flowers for Mother's day. Delivery was fast but the flowers arrived dying, wilted and some of the flowers fell off. NOT fresh. Contacted customer service and provided photos but they deemed them "good quality", for the price I'm very disappointed, much better quality and cheaper flowers available at local supermarket.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers for delivery on the 30th of March, entered the postcode for a delivery to the Isle of Skye and expected a pop up stating they don't deliver there as we get with a lot of companies but low and behold nothing. Excellent. Progressed to the next pages, confirmed the payment etc and got the email receipt. It stated that i would receive an email from the courier to allow me to track the delivery. All good so far. When I hadn't received this by the 28th of March I should have twigged but thought it would be fine. Nothing again on the 29th of March. I then contacted them on teh 30th of March as they hadn't arrived to which i got an email bot response blaming the courier. The email exchanges went back and forth on the 30th and 31st of March citing small print, terms and conditions etc as to the fact that they have 3 days from the requested date for delivery before they will refund you the delivery fee! What is the point of being able to request a delivery date if they arrive when ever they want to, up to an including 3 days after the date, especially on Mothers Day. They eventually arrived today and looked like a £10 bunch from a supermarket; not what you want when you've sent nearly £40.00. Lesson Learnt. Don't use Prestige Flowers.

Ordered flowers for Mothers day on the 27th March, website gave me options for delivery for the 28th or 29th, chose the 29th and placed the order. Flowers arrived on the 31st March not in great condition. So disappointed in their service and quality of the product. Do not use!

Not really happy this time. I have ordered for a friend (birthday) Pink Sunshine large bouquet. It does not look like in the picture(it looks like a boring bouquet now)..seems quite small and one of the roses was not fresh. Delivery was to the next door, even the person was at home.

My sister and I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for our mum on Mother's Day. The featured photo had 17 flowers and at least 4 sprigs of greenery. However, the bouquet that was delivered had just 13 flowers and 1 spring of greenery. When we complained to customer service (providing photos detailing the significant lack of flowers/greenery), they insisted that it was in line with the large bouquet and said that if we added the flower nutrients, somehow by day 3 after delivery, the bouquet would resemble that of the photo on their site. They just wouldn't accept that, unlike a plant, flowers and greenery don't appear on cut flowers if they or the buds are not there to begin with. They were argumentative and downright insulting to our intelligence by insisting the bouquet resembled that on their site, when the photos showed otherwise. Will never order through them again.
