Scammed, I ordered a large set of flowers, turned up they looked like I have ordered a small size. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Very disappointed.

The only positive part of my experience was the prompt response from customer service. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The flowers delivered were completely different from what was advertised on the website, the bouquet was much smaller than even a basic supermarket arrangement, with only a few flowers and mostly leaves. What was shown online versus what was delivered was misleading and frankly embarrassing. The irony is that this company pays for sponsored Google ads to attract customers, yet fails to deliver what they promise. If only that advertising budget was invested into actually providing proper, high-quality arrangements, customers would get what they pay for. To make matters worse, the “resolution” offered was a partial refund to my account on their website. Why would I want credit to use the same service again, just to be embarrassed a second time? Overall, I cannot recommend this service. Very misleading and poor value for money.

Very disappointed Next Day delivery does not apply to Scotland. Flowers ordered 2 days ago still not arrived although says will be delivered this afternoon apparently Scotland is a ‘remote region’ according to the customer service email response- to clarify order was for Glasgow Central Scotland.. Lesson learned go to a local florist or even a supermarket I can only hope the flowers are not as disappointing as the slow delivery

Disgusting company who robs you blind. £30 bouquet of flowers for my terminally ill grandmother, should have just gone to the supermarket. Terrible customer service. Can see they remove Facebook comments of bad reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, just counted and there was multiple bad reviews in the last 24 hours.

Awful. Nothing like we ordered. Ordered a bouquet that looked beautiful on their web site, however the bouquet we received looked more like the reduced flowers you find in a supermarket & only last the day. Don't bother ordering

I ordered a large bouquet for a special occasion. The pictures looked good and they offered next day delivery so I tried them. However when the flowers arrived they looked nothing like the photo advertised, they just looked like a small bunch of flowers from a newsagents, I though they had sent the wrong ones at 1st but upon asking they said no its right which I couldn't believe for the price, i wondered what a small bunch would look like if this was large. Don't buy if you want impact as they don't look anything like the photos. Positive, the customer service lady was very polite.

The amount I paid for the bouquet for it to arrive looking like something I could purchase from a petrol station for a fraction of the price is absolutely abysmal, £40 for a small bouquet and a pitiful bar of chocolate thinner than a hair, all down the drain.

What was delivered nothing like that advertised. Spent £38 could have got better in tesco for £10. Contacted customer service, recieved repeated cut and paste replies saying i got what I paid for. The 100%Satisfaction Guarantee is a scam and only benefits them. Avoid at all cost. Much better and more honest out there. Have add pics of the order and what was received below.

I got a delivery and the flowers lets just say I could have got a better from Tesco and at cost of the price. What was pictured was definitely not what was delivered. This was ordered for a special occasion. The customer service response was on another level absolutely shocking. Receiving a bouquet in a box when the water drains out is something else. Would definitely not recommend.

Ordered the ‘Rose Serenade’ flowers for my mum going through a traumatic period in her life and the flowers were not how the were described or looked online. They were delivered with the bare minimum flowers in the bouquet. Very disappointed as they were rather expensive.

I live in Australia and my sister lives in the UK, sometimes it’s hard to know what to get your loved ones (especially as the years go on and we’re not relying on mum and dad to get pressie’s for us anymore, cause we’re apparently adults now!!! hehe) But Prestige Flowers are my saviour…she loves, LOVES flowers and they have the best arrangements and pair it with some bubbles (or a selection of goodies)…JOB DONE!!!! They deliver on time and are easy to deal with, third year using their services and will continue to!!!

I am absolutely horrified with what has been delivered. I have spent the best part of £100 on two "bouquets" of flowers for my Aunts 70th birthday. Only to receive a tracking update to show that its two 'boxes' that have been delivered instead. If I wanted flatpack, I'd have gone to Ikea. If I'm ordering a "bouquet", I expect it to reflect that on delivery, a nice surprise, something special. Not a couple of boxes. I am absolutely horrified and embarrassed that this is what has been delivered on a special 70th birthday. When I've contacted customer service the response was 'we're an online florist, this is how we deliver'. In that case, don't advertise your flowers as bouquets. I've ordered from online florists before and never had a "bouquet" delivered in a box, unless it was specifically a 'letterbox' order, which would be expected. Not a £100 order. I'm beyond words.

Extremely disappointed, ordered a large bouquet for a birthday and the bouquet was a standard size with maybe 12 stems at best which cost almost £40. Could buy the same quality and size bouquet for £10 at tescos. I reached out to customer service who believed this was acceptable and classed this as the large bouquet which is extremely disappointing and misleading via their photos. Do not recommend purchasing from here.
