Was sent a bouquet from an elderly friend after helping her out, very generous her as she hasn’t a lot of money These flowers were delivered and a few of them were already past their sell by date! I did nothing about it as I was touched my friend had been so generous. Literally 5 days later over half of the bouquet was dead and had to be discarded. Prestige customer service answered when I complained that “as per company policy ” I would have needed to complain before 3 days were up to get any replacement. Would never recommend this company at all and the £10 voucher they offered against another bouquet!! As if….🤷‍♀️😡 Ps strangely I could not upload any pics of said “dead flowers”

Totally disappointed with the flowers, I could have got a better bunch from aldi at a fraction of the cost. I paid for a large bunch it was a good job too or I might not have got any at all, the ones that did turn up were nothing like there pictures they showed on the website and there were at least two broken ones. Would not recommend anyone to buy flowers from here, this was for our silver wedding anniversary and thought it would be a nice surprise for thee wife but I wish I hadn't wasted my money

This is the worst thing that could happen on my best friend's birthday. Girls florists of this service, you minus the big and greasy, For tastelessness and this horror. It was not a funeral, I ordered a bouquet for birthday!!!!!. The photo was supposed to have beautiful delicate roses. I paid almost 75 pounds for that. there are no words, just terrible disappointment.

I ordered a medium bouquet of Ocean BLUE lilies and WHITE roses for my sister, choosing those colours for a deeply personal reason—she recently lost her baby boy, and blue was symbolic for him. What she received instead was light pink, old roses and white lilies—and a much smaller bouquet than I paid for. When I contacted customer service (Megan), I was told it’s “okay” to send random colours. No, it’s not. Nowhere on their website does it say they can swap colours without consent. Advertising blue lilies, taking my money, and then sending something completely different is misleading and feels like fraud. This wasn’t just a bunch of flowers, it was meant to honour my nephew. They destroyed the meaning and the moment. If you value honesty, accuracy, or basic compassion, do not use this company.

They missed the delivery date for my sister in law's birthday and used an autogenerated, impersonal AI bot to handle my complaint. Zero empathy, zero apology, zero personalisation of response... I'd give zero stars if an option. Photo of the correspondance attached.

Website super easy to use because this is the point at which Presige take your money. After that expect late delivery, appalling customer service, no refunds and flowers dead on arrival. AVOID THIs COMPANY!!!!!

The flowers that were delivered to my sister are nothing to what is on the website. These were no better than what you could buy in a supermarket for less than half the price. Photos attached. Guess what I thought she would receive from what she actually got

Wish I had read the reviews first. Such an underwhelming bunch of flowers and nothing like the ones advertised on their website. Paid extra for large also, don’t look it. Jennifer from customer service couldn’t care less also after sending pictures, generic replies seems likely, probably from all the complaints they need to get through on emails. I would not waste your money.

Avoid this company, received these today, water damaged box, ripped to pieces, apparently a LARGE bouquet, with numerous dead/dry flowers, their customer care offered little to no help, offering a £10 refund! Only offering to send a replacement bouquet late in the day after me asking to make a formal complaint and speaking to someone, so it was too late to resolve. Absolutely rubbish

Not a great bunch or flowers really. I opted for the large (extra payment) I feel I may have been sent small , if not I do wander what the small must look like. Chocolates fine, vase fine, flowers look like I could of bought from my local spar shop for half the price.

Very poor quality of flowers delivered. The size of the bouquet was nothing like what was advertised and this had nothing to do with some of the flowers in bud. I sent photos to Customer service but of course they didn't agree. For a company that claims 100% satisfaction guarantee this is just fake news!! My issue was quality and quantity and i defiantly wasn't 100% satisfied!!

I compalined that my flowers were not going to arrive on the day I asked for. I realised I had 1 digit wrong on the postcode so I apologised when I let them know straigh away. The flowers were for a bereavement and the person who replied back to me wrote I hope the flowers bring 'joy and delight' to the receipeint. I was then told my flowers would not be delivered(after 1 day late) and I could get a £15 gift voucher. I paid £35 for the flowers. Very poor customer service. They didnt even try to get in touch with Royal Mail to see if they could change the i digit in the postcode. I will never use these people again !

Do not use this company!! Wish id read the reviews before I purchased birthday flowers for my partner. I paid extra for delivery before 1300 on the date. They arrived at 1335 the day after her birthday. Two of the roses stems were snapped!!! Prestige flowers completely ruined what was meant to be a lovely birthday surprise. I will never use them again. I strongly advise everyone else to look else where rather than face the same disappointment I faced.

I was so disappointed with this company I ordered a gift of flowers a vase Chocolate and Sparkling wine to be delivered to my Niece on the birth of her daughter I paid top £( 145)for this service The item were delivered promptly and withen the time frame expected by the Royal Mail . DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend in the UK for her birthday and to say we were both VERY DISAPPOINTED with the bouquet she received is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I ordered the small bouquet that looked full on their website yet the one she received looks like a child picked SOME flowers and threw them into a vase!!!! A DISGRACE of a product!!! Their customer service, you ask???? Just as HORRIBLE!!! They have the nerve to say the bouquet my friend received looks like the photo and she received what she is supposed to (look at the photos I attached and you let me know!!) Let me tell you PRESTIGE FLOWERS, YOUR REPS ARE AWFUL, THEY ARE BLIND IF THEY CANNOT SEE THE DIFFERENCE AND I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN. My friend also tried your company years ago and went through the SAME THING AND STOPPED USING YOU YEARS AGO. I am leaving reviews ALL OVER ON EVERY WEBSITE TO WARN FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO NOT USE YOUR COMPANY!!!
