The flowers I purchased for my wife’s 60th birthday were disgusting and I could have bought better from Aldi or Asda. What there website does not say is that they put the price of the standard flowers but show a standard bunch as what was in the reply from Prestige after my complaint. To me this is mis selling. I can still see the disappointment on my wife’s face when she opened them. Amazing it won’t let me download the picture I took of them to show the quality of the standard size. Also when I want to take a photo using there box it will not let my camera take a photo but my phone camera works everywhere else. The one star was because they were delivered on time but the box was damaged.

Writing from Canada, I just got a photo of the flowers delivered to my aunt in Scotland. What an embarrassment! I ordered the "medium" bouquet (I hate to think of what the "small" looks like) that had a small variety of blooms and dried seed pods. Such a disappointment. Unfortunately I paid extra for 12 months of "free delivery". Suffice it to say, I won't be needing free delivery because I'll never order flowers from this website again. A waste of $94.Canadian.

Awful service. Flowers were guaranteed for next day delivery but arrived a full day late, completely missing the event they were ordered with. They were also left with the courier overnight so freshness was questionable and the delivered product did not look like the picture on the website. To make matters worse customer service was atrocious. Would give 0 stars if it was possible!

I spent £139.44 ON 3 ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOOD FRIENDS THAT WERE TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE. I WAS EMBARRASSED AND FELT LET DOWN BY YOUR COMPANY. SOME OF FLOWERS OPENDED THE OTHERS WHERE SMALL ROSES WERE USED DIDNT OPEN. TOTALLY FEEL LET DOWN BY PRESTIGE I WONT BE USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN, NOR WILL MY FRIENDS.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I ordered flowers for someone who was ill. I got sent a photo from the person who received them and they looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. There were barely any flowers in the bouquet, mostly just leaves and sticks. £52 down the drain. I’m so disappointed.

Boquete was nicely presented. Packaging seemed very restricting. Flowers were mostly dead within 5 days despite best efforts.

Don’t waste your money! You can get better flowers on Asda than this website. Total ripp Off…The pictured from website is totally very far from what they send it to you .

Very poor quality. We ordered a large bunch for my mums 65th birthday and for the price we were shocked at the size of them and how little flowers were in it! We have ordered flowers from florists for years and for less we have had so many more flowers in a bunch. Very disappointing and won’t b using again! Waste of money!

Avoid like the plague. Ordered through them to deliver flowers for a friends birthday. No tracking link provided and when I tried to find out the status of the order on the website, I was informed the order number didn't exist, despite being within the confirmation email. When the flowers did finally arrive, my friend sent a photograph to say thank you and I was mortified - a few measly stems that looked utterly pathetic and given the price, daylight robbery! I have shared the photograph with Prestige Flowers, highlighting the sparse nature and how deeply embarrassed I feel having sent these as a gift at vast expense. Their response? Please send more photographs. As IF I'm going to ask my friend to take more photos and send them to me - I'm embarrassed enough! When I explained the situation, they then offered a £10 credit to my account as if I would ever use them again! I requested a refund in full to recognise the appalling service and standard and the door was firmly closed. I will never, ever use Prestige Flowers again and suggest anyone else avoids them as well! I'd also suggest that Trading Standards carries out a full investigation into this organisation profiteering from life milestones and emotions with diabolical delivery.

Do not order from this website! I wish I’d read the reviews before wasting my money. When emailing to complain about it they are awful, basically just say that it’s how they’re meant to look. The picture online to what was delivered is completely different, what cost me £20 for the bouquet I could have got the same for a fiver in a supermarket where I wish I’d gone to instead. Very dissapointed and annoyed that I ordered from this website.

If there was an option to give a star below 1 I would. I had stopped ordering from eflorist because I had made a special date order which I paid extra for for it not to turn up. Thought “Prestige” would mean better service and more professional but oh was I wrong. Gave me an order number which couldn’t be tracked and also no order confirmation came through email either. And now today it should have been ordered but it hasn’t which is great. Looking at the reviews can clearly see I should’ve gone there first before ordering. Will be escalating this immediately to trading standards.

Awful...4 roses and few much cheaper blooms for £42. Total rip off...I'll add photos of what I expected and what I got. Please use a reputable interflora florist. Don't waste your money.

Received flowers for our golden wedding, very disappointed with the condition of the them, they certainly were not fresh and overpriced for what we received, roses had brown on the petals and 2 of the freesia broken. I contacted Prestige as I was upset for the lovely lady that kindly sent them. I had to send photos, which I did, they agreed they where not of the standard and offered £15 voucher, I accepted which now I’m sorry I did, having looked at the prices, I would have to spend another £20+ in total with delivery along with the voucher, that I’m afraid that won’t be happening. 4 days later the flowers are dead, the ones from Tesco have lasted much longer. A very disappointed recipient, not to be repeated.

Hi, Ordered flowers for a very dear friend who had just lost her brother to a terminal illness. Thought roses and freesias would be a perfect scent and combination, went with a standard bunch for £37.99 - delivery Although they were delivered on the day specified they weren't of great quality, the roses were starting to wilt and the bunch it self was so small, not reflective of the price at all. Sadly I will not order again and wish I had read reviews.

Ordered next day delivery didn’t come next day was the day after flowers were delivered by Royal Mail when I ordered I had googled florists in my area and they came up but they are not in my area they are online and the flowers sent from a different country!! When arrived they weren’t what o was expecting after asking me for all sorts of pictures that I couldn’t get as I didn’t have the flowers and didn’t want the recipient to know I was unhappy they told me basically tough they are what you ordered! No refund for the delivery either but a big patronising email about what I should expect from postal delivery! Again I want under the impression this was a postal flower service as they came ul as being in my area! My advice go to a supermarket you will get more for your money! Won’t be using them again!!
