Ordered two lots of mother’s day flowers. I have spent a considerable amount of money and flowers are already dead and wilted. Contacted customer service after 3.5 days of receiving and they said as it’s not within 3 days of delivery they cannot refund it. To put it into context £80+ of flowers have not even lasted 4 days. The company do nothing to help and resolve issues and I am embarrassed to have gifted these.

Flowers roses and lilies ordered from Canada. Following day after delivery one rose flower died. Second day three rose flowers were brown in the centre. Two lily flowers did not open. A disappointing experience

Flowers arrived a day late with half of them dead already and the other half either broken or dried up or nearly dead. after charging extra for mothers day it was a real shame to have had such a bad experience

Unfortunately I had not one but two bad experiences. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, although the flowers did come on time, the quality was awful and quite embarrassing. I sent an email to complain about this and a new bunch were sent out. However, they were still not good quality to what I was expecting for the price. I could have bought better flowers from the supermarket. I’m really disappointed.

I paid almost £50 for the worst bunch of mothers day flowers I have ever bought! The bunch was absolutely tiny and in no way a representation of the picture you displayed on your website! Very disappointed and will not be using again!

Appalling service on Mother's Day, spent £30 on a bouquet that was delivered with about 10 flower stems. Have tried to resolve but they have denied any fault and claim management now don't speak to customers. This short sighted profiteering and greed only costs them business in the end.

Horrendous service. My daughter bought me flowers for mother's day. They never arrived. They said they have proof of delivery??? Not to my address?? They said that she wasn't getting money back or another bunch delivered as far as they were concerned it wasn't their problem? Now my daughter is out of pocket quite substantialy, I have no gift for mother's day ( if it can be believed, was ever even sent) as neither myself or my daughter have had no proof of that?? If so whom ever received them ( stole them) will be rubbing their hands with glee.. With Prestige Flowers not even admitting any responsibility, or even trying to rectify the situation. So STAY WELL CLEAR! You would be better off getting a rubbish bunch from your local shop or garage. At least you would receive it! 😡😞🤔🤔

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. If you value your time and money, stay away. I have ordered flowers before through other retailer with no issue, first time going with prestige flowers and I can say without a doubt I'll never come back. Paid an extra £8 for a NAMED DAY delivery, a month in advance for mothers day, order arrived a day late, flowers looked like they were on their way out, so I had to go and purchase a different gift. Things like this happend which I understand, at the least I was hoping for a refund on the delivery, just to be told that NAMED DAY delivery isn't actually guaranteed for certain areas, this is specified in their terms and conditions which they know barely anyone bothers to read. Their customer service turned out to be worse than their flower delivery service, by far the worst company I've dealt with, got no refund, no suggestion to make things right, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Really bad customer service and communication. I ordered flowers for mother's day with a card. Prestige sent me a order number and took payment. The flowers did not arrive until the afternoon of the day after. No communication from them at all to say that they could not deliver on the day or an Eta of when they would be delivered. They have since said delivery to some parts of Scotland may take longer, if I had known that I would have never placed the order. The roses in the bunch that eventually arrived had brown tingles all around the edges and were already fully open. Not even a voucher or similar to apologise for the delay in service lack of communication or the bunch that turned up that was nowhere near at the start of its life. Really poor service, avoid!

Horrendous service and quality! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Eid and they only arrived a day later! What I ordered and what my parents received were completely different. The photos displayed on their website is very deceptive and misleading. I have been emailing them but they are very unhelpful and co operative. I am demanding a full refund but they are making a million excuses. Do not order from this company!
