Ordered a large bouquet and although lovely flowers in good condition, Although the delivery I feel was disappointing and unlike those advertised felt like a supermarket bunch just a higher price.

Incorrect flowers delivered ones sent looked cheap Contacted customer service they told me they'd send out another spray as an apology&that the flowers I'd originally ordered would be sent...the same happened again...the flowers looked half dead &the box battered Extremely disappointed with the service&won't reccomend

A surprise delivery from a lovely friend cheered me up. Beautiful fresh flowers, well packed with damp material round end of stems. I had never heard of you but will certainly use you in the future should I need to send flowers. Thank you. Thank you

This company is amazing and the flowers always come fresh and tightly packed. They never let you down with delivery times and are always prompt at postage. The colours and the selections are amazing throughout the year

I ordered a sunflower bouquet from Prestige Gifting, expecting a full, vibrant arrangement. Instead, I received a single sunflower, with no additional blooms. Despite following all care instructions exactly, no more flowers appeared after the initial bloom. When I contacted customer service to address this issue, I was completely dismissed. They were unhelpful, offered no solutions, and refused to provide a refund or any form of compensation. A company should stand behind its products and care about customer satisfaction, but Prestige Gifting did neither. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Dried out, bottom of the pile flowers sent for a £59 serenity bouquet. Were not in shape to put in vase. Got these as a birthday present, feel really bad for my sister wasting so much money. Waste of money. Better off getting flowers from convenience store.

Disappointing. Had to wait in for Royal Mail for an apparently untrackable package (they eventually delivered after 5.30pm) - then the flowers themselves (over 60 quids worth) were nothing like the picture. Ultimately disappointing and I won’t use “Prestige” again.

Awful service. Purchased for my wife for our anniversary (£40) and had a problem with Royal Mail. Royal Mail returned to sender and despite my willingness and request to pay for shipping (again), Prestige refused to re-ship my order or refund me. They kept my goods and kept my money, with no recourse for me as their customer. This business is clearly more interested in keeping your money than it is in obtaining or keeping customers.

I would never order flowers from this company again. I ordered large bouquet of roses for my wife’s birthday. The flowers arrived a day late and when complaining to customer service you just get corporate response of we fo not guarantee delivery. Once the roses did arrive was very disappointed in quality and quantity, not sure how anyone can describe 14 small roses as a large bouquet

Having used Prestige flowers for years was really excited to send my daughter something for her birthday as I was unable to see her during the day. Very disappointed to say the least. Nothing like the photo (even with flower food to help bulk it out - great advice from the customer service team!) local florist costed up at around £20-£23 for what she received not anywhere near the £48 I paid! Would definately not pay to upgrade the size and would be hesitant to reorder again as I feel their standards have dropped.

Very disappointed! Wont be buying again!! What you see is NOT what you get! First of all flowers do not match the reality of the pictures on their website! Two of the species of flowers were missing from the flower i got, like the Snapdragons and Phlox. But they were in their pictures. Expected to get what was shown. Paid extra £10 for large bouquet. And to my knowledge they were medium size. Over all i spend 50£ on them, honestly in supermarket that kind of flower bouquet be £25 no more. Order for my daughter surprise delivery for her birthday and i am very disappointed and actually ashamed that flowers didn’t meet my expectations. Don’t recommend, and I wont by buying there anymore!!!

I would’ve given them a 0 star rating if I could. Do not purchase from this company. I’ve had an awful experience with this company. I received a bunch of flowers of over £50 off my partner for our anniversary on the 31st May. They arrived looked lovely, roses weren’t opened and some dead leaves but didn’t think anything of it. Last night (3rd day of receiving) noticed the flowers have died, the roses haven’t opened they’ve flopped. I’ve had them officially 4 days. I emailed and the responses I got was that it’s been longer than 3 days we can give you £10 off your next purchase, nothing else. I asked for a full refund but point blank said no. I will not be purchasing from these again. I’m very disappointed and unacceptable I could’ve had a bunch from Tesco that would’ve lasted longer. It’s not acceptable that flowers you order for an expensive price die within 3/4 days of receiving.
