Shocking, appalling customer service. Flowers delivered 1 week late, almost dead, wilted. No apology. No offer of compensation, nothing. Will never use them again

Recieved a rose for my birthday,when oped it was pretty much dead, which is dead now after 2 days.would nor recommend to anyone.

Just received my flowers, or should I say dead flowers a day late 5 dead red roses and 4 dead lilies. Do not order from this company. Worst flowers I’ve ever seen.

If zero stars were possible that's what I'd award. Delivery was not next day as promised, I ordered roses and lilies . The roses were dead and in the bin after 3 days. The lilies also hung their heads after 4 days. Received an email survey and replied the same day with my concerns, only to be told that concerns must be raised within 3 days... prior to the email being sent. Appalling. Avoid.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife for our anniversary, only half the bunch came out. Prestige admitted a quality issue and offered £10 credit, I refused this and they then offered a replacement bunch which I accepted. Unfortunately, the replacement bunch was worse than the first with dead flowers and again, most of the flowers not blooming. Despite giving them the chance to resolve this, they have only offered £10 credit which I have refused as I do not want to use them again. There are clear quality issues with the flowers they are selling and they are providing a product and service which is not as advertised.

Delivery was earlier than expected but unfortunately the flower delivered was a far cry from what was ordered. It looked decrepit and was definitely poorly selected. Tried all I could to make it look even marginally presentable to my wife but zero success there as well. I've tried adding pictures to this review but the site won't let me unfortunately. Oh well.

I ordered flowers for a friend who was recently bereaved and not only were they delivered two days late most of the blooms were already dead on delivery. My friend was not home when delivery was attempted and instead of leaving them with a neighbour they were left outside the property on the floor in the summer heat. When I complained I was not offered a refund as my friend threw the flowers away before taking any pictures! Customer service in dealing with my complaint was awful. Very poor service and I will not be using them again

The flowers ordered were pink roses with Lily's they were delivered as red rose nothing like the picture . This seems to be acceptable with prestige flowers I will not be using or recommending them to anyone

I ordered some flowers for my mum based on the reviews and the photos on this website, the flowers were delivered next day as promised and she was really happy with them, my mum is a seasoned gardener and very discerning about her flowers. Its always a risk ordering flowers online but I would not hesitate to use Prestige Flowers again. Thank you.

Very poor quality, delivered on thursday, Friday the flowers looked terrible and brown, by Sunday they were dead, and wilted.
