Avoid like the plague absolutely disgusting company. Ordered flowers well in advance for a funeral. Was supposed to be delivered between 11 & 2 on the 11th. Attempted delivery at 6.30 when funeral home was closed. Delivered the next day and left flowers at restaurant next door which I could net get access to before a 9.30 funeral on Monday. Apparently none of this is there fault. They use Royal Mail for there deliveries. There site gave the false impression that they were a local company which they were not. So no flowers for a funeral of a close family member. And they flatly refuse a refund. I will be taking this further.

Fast and efficient delivery but photos very misleading. Ordered a large bouquet of rose serenade and was a very small amount of flowers comparing to photos shown online. Can get similar size bunch for third of the cost from local supermarkets. Photos left for comparison

The flowers I received yesterday are appalling. If those flowers where for sale in a supermarket for 10% of what i paid, I would not buy them. In fact a "decent" company would not even sell them! They look nothing like the photo on your site. They were pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I feel robbed. Upon opening the box, they were already dying and limp. I guess you are not bothered as the misrepresentation of your product produces more profit for your company. What a disgrace. Charles

Exceptional poor quality, most flowers half dead. Informed company and sent photos, they agreed not their usual standard and offered a £10 credit note. Refused their offer as would never use them after this poor quality 😡

I had a call today, Friday, asking if my flowers had been delivered. I went out and found the box half way down my path. No note was left and no intimation by text. The flowers are now in a very poor condition. I was at home all day on Monday but the storm door was closed. The courier did not make any effort at all. I was out the rest of the week so had no cause to go to that side of the house. I have put them in a bucket of water but fear they are beyond redemption. This was an unexpected gift so I had no way of knowing the parcel was on its way.

I required flowers at short notice due to a sudden bereavement. This website was simple to use allowed my to chose from a wide selection of flowers and even personalise a card. Delivery for the next day which was perfect. Would definitely use again.

I ordered some funeral flowers yesterday delivered to at a safe place at a shop this morning and not at the address of the funeral parlour. I rang customer service who wasn’t helpful and kept repeating herself about the wrong post code, which was correct as I got this from the website. If Royal Mail had a problem, why did they not call the number that was on the order? I am very annoyed as the funeral is over and the flowers wasn’t received on this sad day. As your customer service person mentioned it is the discretionary of the delivery person to use the information provided to quickly resolve any issues. This is not a good service and very unreliable on. I will not use your company again if your delivery companies are unable to provide a good service.

I called them today regarding an attempt to re-schedule a delivery due to the recipient not being in the country (away for holiday) but unfortunately Jess, the customer service team wasn’t able to help. Upon received by a neighbour, the picture showed it wasn’t the flowers that I ordered. It looks absolutely different from what I expected. I had a very disappointing experience throughout whole process of purchasing.

Regular customer for years and recently the quality of the flowers has really gone down. I’m so embarrassed at the last 2 deliveries, in June and now July. A bunch of peonies arrived with several dry/dying already, which continued, they never bloomed. Then yesterday I saw my niece received a really poor bouquet of flowers, with roses dying already and several lilies that had broken off already. I am so embarrassed and upset, especially considering the amount of money I spent. Supermarket flowers would have been better and my gifts looked awful in comparison to other bouquets received.

I bought my Mum some flowers as a get well soon due to her having an operation. The flowers came and were Beautiful, she was really pleased with them. 4 days later the flowers were dead. I contacted customer services and because they have a 3 day window policy and I complained on day 4 they offered me a £10 voucher. Why would I want a voucher when I wouldn’t buy from you again? They wouldn’t even give me £10 back! Really unhelpful and don’t seem to have very good customer service. All they do is quote the policy and procedure’s!
