I send my daughter and her partner flowers every month as a moving in present. The flowers she receives are always absolutely beautiful. They always last well over a week. I’ve sent chocs and flowers to other family members and friends too and they’ve all said how beautiful the bouquet’s are and how well they last. I’m happy as there’s always an offer to be used too. Whether it’s a money off code or free chocs or a free vase. Prestige flowers is definitely the best online florist I’ve used for value for money, quality of flowers and gifts and also for range of flowers and gifts available. I’m on my second annual delivery pass too as this represents such good value for money as well.

Used over the years and as time has moved on less folk to send flowers to but the site is as colourful (and updated) as I remember and will continue to use - hope my consultant's wife likes the flowers.

Delivery was on time, but the Bouquet wasn’t worth the price. The colours were wrong, the amount of flowers much smaller than expected and the half the flowers look to only have a few days left and the rest were closed and unlikely to bloom. Not impressed and not worth the money

I ordered a bouquet from Prestige Flowers that began wilting badly within the first few days. By Day 3, many of the flowers were already in poor condition, so I took clear, timestamped photos — and sent them in on Day 4, just one day later. Their team acknowledged there was a quality issue but only offered a £10 credit. I explained I wasn’t satisfied with a voucher for a product that didn’t meet their own 7-day satisfaction guarantee. They said - “ We can confirm that we expect our flowers to last 7 days or more” “ After reviewing the photographs with our florist manager, we acknowledge that there is a slight quality issue with the bouquet.” Now they’re refusing a refund on a technicality, despite me providing evidence on time. It’s disappointing that a company advertising “satisfaction guaranteed” would refuse to honour that once there’s an issue. I’ve given multiple chances for this to be resolved properly, and I’m now escalating the matter to my bank.

Where to begin - firstly, the flowers were late, meaning they missed the event they were purchased for. Secondly, I have purchased a box of chocolates, to go along with the flowers - where is it? It certainly wasn't in the box. Lastly, one of the roses is snapped and dead. The flowers are very low quality anyway, but I figured all of them would be alive when they arrived. My advice - shop somewhere else, as this place is nowhere near the standard it needs to be.

flowers are nice but the sizing is absolutely terrible. i ordered a "large" bouquet and it is tiny. I would recommend buying from somewhere else or going into a florist if possible. i was told to "put them in water" to let them bloom, when they are already opened. NOT worth nearly £45 at all.

Sent a Wild and Wonderful Medium size bunch of flowers to my poorly friend (See flowers on her table photo). The flowers sent were nothing like the photo on the website (see website photo). Complained and they resent the exact small bunch to her (see flowers in black bag photo??). They then to add further insult sent me a feedback email, so honestly reviewed and advised i wouldn't use due to the complaint raised, they offered £10 voucher to which I declined. First and last time using Prestige Flowers. I would say I do not recommend at all. Save your money and buy from local independent flower shops or a supermarket.

No communication after sale. They delivered on time, so that was good. However the large bouquet I ordered, looked nothing like the image online, so definitely not worth the money.

Stay clear of this company. I'm looking at 6days late delivery, probably dead flowers when they do arrive, with absolutely no chance of getting refunds, and not good customer relationships. Bad

As other customers have said flowers received are much smaller and less impressive than the images on website. Sending someone flowers is meant to be a lovely surprise but this was really underwhelming and disappointing

If I could give no stars I would but that is not an option. The customer service is dreadful. The bunch of flowers was small despite me paying extra for a bigger bunch.
