Very poor flower quality and expensive for the amount of flower sent. Very disappointed for a mothers birthday present.

My son ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday 21st March for my birthday. Unfortunately, these were delivered today, Sunday, 2 days late. Very disappointed for my son who expected them to arrive on time! Also, the flowers were really past their best, some had broken, fallen off and generally they were in a very poor condition. Very disappointed.

Received a bouquet from you as a birthday gift from my daughter. Really disappointed in the quality, the lily’s are brown on the edges, leaves have wilting and broken. Would definitely not recommend Prestige Flowers. Have tried to upload photo but won’t allow

I did a Google search for next day flowers and hot florists came up. I was enticed by a deal they were running on their ‘Roses and oriental lilies’ bouquet which was reduced from £50 down to £25. The website was easy to use and I placed my order on the basis of the special offer. what my mother-in-law received was very different to the model shown on their website, and was pitiful by comparison. I have tried to address this with the company directly, who are showing no accountability. I will leave the photos below for other consumers to decide. I will most certainly not be using this company again and will pursue a refund further and report to trading standards. .

I received a gift from a friend of the lilies and roses last week and they definitely were not what she ordered. They were definitely past they’re best, I wrote a review and my friend obviously spoke to them after she saw them. As she has used you before and she was really disappointed as they were also a gift but I can honestly say that they obviously listened and I received a lovely bouquet from them yesterday so 5 stars for customer service. Disappointed. Not value for money. Ordered a medium bunch of flowers but received a small bunch . Barely any stems. Very embarrassing!!

If we could leave zero stars we would. Ordered flowers and paid the extra £8.99 for them to be delivered on a specific day and before a certain time. They have no been delivered and had no communication as to when they were going to be received. Awful service, will never use again.

My lovely daughter organised flowers from NZ to me in Scotland and I’m so upset that the quality of the flowers was awful. Most of them dead on arrival and lasted a day. I can’t find a contact on your site to provide feedback

Delivery date given to me was Mothers Day (23rd March). Then on evening of 22nd March I get an email telling me flowers will be delivered on 25th March. Won’t be using them again. Rubbish

Really upset, i spent ages looking for a florist to deliver flowers to my best friend, I’ve been in hospital and only got chance to order yesterday but they confirmed next day delivery. I just tracked and they are sitting in a sorting office in Manchester. So by the time she gets them they will have been in that box 3 days. On checking which I should have done first they only have an 87% on time delivery rating. Never again.

The service was great. Easy purchase and fast delivery. I ordered the standard bouquet but didn't expect for £25 to get 4 roses and 2 lilly. I think this is over priced and should clearly state what you are actually buying. The crazy thing is if they had told me how small it was I would have bought the bigger one.

Purchased some roses and lily's for £36.00 +5.99 delivery medium bouquet. Got 6 roses and 2 stems of lily's. They look dreadful. Going straight in the bin. Picture's attached. System won't let me load the photos. Complained by email but the florist can't see anything wrong.god knows what you get for the small bouquet

For what I paid for I did not get. The box was wet and the flowers were squished. Plus some of them looked dead. Not happy as my wife has been very ill and i ordered these to help with her recovery. I would of saved money and got better flowers from Tesco
