I ordered flower for my daughter ,as we don't live in the same city . I only found out a week later from my mum ,that the flowers were not that great , as my mum would put it ,get a nicer bunch from the supermarket 😞my daughter never said as she didt want to upset me.

Ordered the Pink Sunshine large bouquet expecting the vibrant arrangement shown on the website, but what arrived was a far cry from that. The flowers were snapped upon delivery, lacking both freshness and visual appeal — completely underwhelming and nowhere near the advertised photo. I raised a dispute through their customer service, only to receive dismissive replies from a chatbot. The interaction felt robotic and impersonal, which is particularly disappointing coming from a flower brand where care and attention should be part of the experience. Despite the poor condition of the bouquet, no compensation or refund was offered — just generic responses and no accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Prestige Flowers if you’re looking for a bouquet that matches the advertised quality. This felt more like a budget bundle passed off as premium. Truly an awful experience.

I really like the whole set up. I got flowers, card, vase and a free message for a great value price. That's a bargain and the flowers are brilliant. Will definitely order again.

I upgraded to a large bouquet only to be very disappointed when they arrived. The quantity of flowers for the price I paid was really not value for money atall! I bought some flowers in Sainsbury's the next day for someone else, same amount of flowers I recieved from Prestige flowers but for a quarter of the price!! Will certainly not be using Prestige again and would definitely not recommend this company to anybody!! DON'T use them!!

I have used prestige a few times now. I came across this sight on social media and the flowers I have had are fresh and last a long time. The site is easy to use quick delivery service for last minute ordering and I always look here first for flower gifts

Flowers arrived half dead. Chocolates were advertised as fancy pralines (cheap chocolate) absolutely over charging for what you sent!!!!

Flowers arrived 3 days late due on a Friday arrived on a Monday. The moment had passed. Prestige blamed the French Florist. Prestige did not contact me to say there was a delay. Totally underwhelmed by lack of customer service. No personal contact. Spebt £49.00 was offered a £5 credit. I wont use Prestige again stick with a well known and proven Brand.

Very poor. Ordered for our wedding anniversary. Sent by royal mail to the wrong depot. Email saying redirect to me. Asked where are the flowers I was told going back to the depot and I would get a £15 credit to my prestige account out of £50. Apparently wrong address supplied, even though I have supplied evidence that the correct address is stored on their site. Rip off company.

I bought a large bouquet for my mum's birthday but they arrived today not looking like a large bouquet like the picture. And they don't look fresh. I was so excited all day for my mum to receive them but instead I was disappointed. What a way to put a dampener on what was meant to be a beautiful and memorable day for my mum
