Very disappointing experience. The shop never delivered my order to the right address, and when I tried to update the address, they refused to make the change. Now the flowers will just go back to them, and I’ve completely wasted my money. Poor service and no effort to fix their mistake — I wouldn’t recommend this flower shop at all.

I absolutely love Prestige Flowers! Their customer service is outstanding, the presentation is always beautiful, and the décor of the bouquets is second to none. Every year for my mum’s or sister’s birthday, I order from Prestige Flowers—and without fail, they deliver perfection. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, and they have never disappointed me. What I especially love is their reliable next-day delivery. For example, my mum’s birthday is on the 23rd of August, and I placed my order today (21st August). I know without a doubt that Prestige Flowers will deliver on time and in the most elegant, prestigious way. I cannot recommend Prestige Flowers highly enough. If you want stunning flowers, top-tier service, and peace of mind, Prestige Flowers is the only choice. 🌸

Absolutely disgusted! Flowers nothing like what I borders and customer service is absolutely bullshizzle! Put a post on FB and a lot of friends had the same experience! Just wish I’d read these reviews first I wouldn’t have bothered! I spent best part of 50 quid and might as well had gone to the garage and bought there worst flowers. The cake was the size of a biscuit and was iced by a blind child

Very disappointing outcome to my mother’s 80th birthday celebrations. I sent a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered on her birthday and they arrived a date late and in very poor condition. Customer service is blaming Royal Mail and that is probably a mistake to use them in the first place. I am no where near 100% satisfied and have wasted over £60 for a very poor product. I have asked for a refund but do not have much hope in getting one. I will not use this company again and urge you not to use Prestige flowers.

I would like to say less than 1 star but what an absolute disgrace of a company- to celebrate the birth of our first grandchild they sent flowers that were best described as dying and weeds- and all for over £60. Mistakes can happen so that is one thing but beware the 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy they have- it means nothing. They didn't help to rectify the matter but asked for another picture when they could clearly see what they sent- and didnt offer a refund. Customer Service responds quickly but are no assistance at all. I have contacted the Consumer agency to lodge a complaint- this company shouldn't be allowed do this at what was supposed to be a celebration.

My sister sent us roses and Lillie’s for our anniversary last week. They arrived on 12th August. By 14th 3 of the 5 roses had drooped. One lily flower has now come out but the buds on the other stem have dropped off. I sent a message to Prestige on Saturday but apparently there was no one to assist me and nobody bothered to get back to me although I left my email address. Very disappointed.

Do not buy from Prestige!!! Apparently, these are exactly as the sales photo. Emailed, chat, and phoned, and will not budge! Absolute waste of money. Say stem count is correct but if they are not full of flowers like the stems photographed then a big difference. Lidls are better!!

Hello, I don't recommend to order plant from this company. Ordered this pot, but the plant itself was so tiny, that they managed to put full bottle and chocolate inside the pot and only one flower was blooming. Customer service mentioned that the picture is only an example and it's appropriate size. They don't want to hear me, that the size is not the same, because it can be any size and even not blooming at all

Very disappointed that my last 2 orders were unsatisfactory. Roses were already fully open and past their best with no buds and also one damaged antirrhinum stem. My email notifying Prestige simply generated an automated response requesting photographic proof. How sad, as I was not looking for a refund, but just sending feedback. I won't be ordering from "Prestige" in future. I wasted my money relying on high star rating and inflated description.

Order my wife some roses and lilly bunch ..what can I say very disappointed..rose died before the lilly had even open . Well only 1 lilly open . Would not use again. . Not hard to get right is it .and at there prices

I'm disappointed that the flowers I ordered was not delivered on the specified date for the special occasion, even though it was paid for. I'm sorry that the flowers would not turn out as they should be.

1 Star is higher than I wanted to give. Ordered two days ahead of Anniversary for pre 1 o'clock delivery. When not delivered contacted customer service and was told wait until end of day to see if parcel would be delivered. at 1700 still had no flowers!!! given tracking details could see flowers at sorting office for 24 hours. Was offered initially delivery cost back... and an limp apology... doesnt help on day of Anniversary with no flowers!!! Offered full refund which I will get 3 to 5 days time. Had to go out and get something last minute... Lets just say wife talking to dog more than me!!!! Flowers turned up 24 hours late postman oblivious to the issue. I had a choice sign for or not sign for and refuse delivery. Postmans attitude was I was not customer Prestige were... Flowers half dead and bone dry.. Will never use this company again. If promise next day should make surebit is especially due to premium price!! Anniversary not as good as should of been and notnone offer of compensation!!!!! DO NOT USE this company if you want a happy Wife....

The roses looked like they were going over and the lillies weren't anywhere near to opening. By the time the lillies open, the roses will be brown. Plus it just didn't look like it was put together nicely. Also, the card wasn't very good: the writing was small and could have been better positioned. I usually give a lot of leeway when ordering online, so it's rare I complain. It just felt like a lot of money for a non too good product. Sorry. Plus, I couldn't upload a photo.

If I could give less then 1 star I would do that! Flowers ordered for my girlfirends bday and arrived 2 days later. Paid £60 and it meant to be a big bunch of flowers...nothing like the flowers on website, you will never get whats on the pictures. Half of flowers not fresh. Very very disapointed and will never use it again. Not recommended at all. Waste of money, would get better one in M&S for less money!!

Arranged for a next day delivery for a work colleague who was leaving that day but courier didn’t deliver until the following day with no explanation why. As a result, my work colleague didn’t get her bouquet and I’m over £30 worse off! Response from Prestige Flowers was also very disappointing - ‘It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame’. Not a very Prestige way of supporting their customers. Won’t be using again.
