Flowers all one colour and only three different types of flower in the bouquet.Only lasted 4 days too ! Was very disappointed. Prompt replies to all emails sent regarding my complaint but nothing was done about it. Will buy elsewhere In future.

There is no chance they deliver in time! the best you can get a dead flowers after three days in the post. It's better to avoid.

Not as expected no way near the photo on their site cost £47.00 + postage, could have got twice as many from a supermarket and I ordered the large bunch god knows what a s mall bunch would have looked like? Anyway we learn by our mistakes.

Joke of a company. Have 100% guarantee on their website if you are not happy with the quality they will happily send a replacement. My mum (aged 78) ordered a large bunch for £47. The image on the site was amazing and what turned up was a tiny bunch of ‘not very fresh’ flowers and we could have honestly bought a better bunch in M&S for £15. Mum emailed, copying both me and my sister in and giving permission for them to liaise with us. They don’t even acknowledge their guarantee or the actual problem and just keep saying they can’t deal with us due to GDPR. We are not asking for personal details or bank details just for them to offer a partial refund or replace the bouquet as per their guarantee, but they won’t even acknowledge the issue. Waste of our time and definitely our money. Please don’t use, their imagery is false advertising and customer service is non existent.

Bouquet was nothing like the photo. Seemedcto be just wrapped in paper and not in any kind of arrangement. I understand lilies are still closed and will come into full bloom shortly. Ordered largest version but did no impress me. Looked cheap. Mum still loved them though.

Zero stars. Please avoid using Prestige Flowers. We ordered a large bouquet for £47 plus postage! but what was delivered was a dismal half dead, unblooming tiny bunch that in no way was representative of the fake picture on the website. We visited the recipient in person a couple of days later, otherwise we would never have known how bad the flowers were, at most I would of paid £15 for them in a shop. However, the reason for my bad review is because their customer services was abismal. This company quotes a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, but when we contacted them and sent the attached pictures of what we ordered vs what we got (which will probably be removed) they refused to acknowledge the inferior quality saying their florist had reviewed them and they were of the required standard. The reply was dismissive and very quick, indicating that no time was taken to even review this, and it was the same stock reply as quoted in another review. They refused to discuss or acknowledge that the flowers were a poor display and said to resend photos after 3 days if they had still not bloomed, but 3 days had already passed, plus no way was it a large bunch. It was actually embarrassing in front of the recipient. Please do not use this company, they do not deliver what they advertise, nor commit to their guarantee, they are extremely unprofessional, just read all the similar negative reviews. Most buyers will never see what they order, and recipients are unlikely to say they received terrible flowers, or know the cost, so they get away with taking customer's money and supplying inferior goods.

My son and daughter in law bought an expensive display of flowers in a hat box for me , when it arrived it was in disarray the box was broken and some of the Rose heads were snapped off, the company refused a refund but offered to send more flowers, I received them today and they were just as bad, the flowers do not remotely resemble the ones chosen on prestige flowers website, I have uploaded photos and as you can see the flowers on the right are what were ordered and the flowers on the left are what I received twice full stop this is definitely false advertising.

Don’t use these people. Read the reviews first. I wish I had before parting with £30 odd for peonies that didn’t bloom properly. Some didn’t open at all. I did complain but never heard back after initially telling them. I’m going to report them to trading standards.

I ordered flowers next day delivery on Friday they should have arrived yesterday just checked tracking on the delivery still the same as it was yesterday so basically next day delivery is 3 days 1st time using them and probably the last

Pretty easy to work with the website. The welcome discount via email didn't show up in my inbox until I searched for it. I wish that there was a timeslot that I could pick. But otherwise very user friendly. Thank you prestige flowers.

Please avoid using this company. Their flowers and price are a joke and I could get better for less price in M&S & Tesco. I ordered the medium bouquet that came with 3 Roses and a couple of purple rubbish. Can’t believe what was received, what a disappointment and waste of money. I have received flowers as a gift before and the were beautiful. Your customer service wasn’t helpful and I won’t be buying again!
