The flowers it’s not even worth a star because the flowers I have received compared to the pictures shown on your website does not match whatsoever. The sizing is a joke I could’ve got a better bouquet from m&s for £25 and would’ve looked so much better. I am highly disappointed with these flowers, the images used to sell them is a LIE you will never receive what it’s shown, not even near. Customers service is even worse , making me unwrap the flowers to send a picture where you can clearly see the sizing is not right refuse to give me half the money back. Do yourself a favour and not buy this disappointment of flowers.

Well what can I say. I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my mom, when they arrived, there was NO WAY this was a large bunch, more like a small. I paid over £35 in total, for a few flowers. Customer services not interested as I didn’t send photos within 2 days. I feel completely ripped off I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL USE ANOTHER COMPANY

If I could give lower than One star I would. Royal Mail dropped off the flowers at the wrong sorting office and decided to cancel the delivery for the following day. Nothing from prestige regarding missing the delivery (my Mother’s birthday). When I called customer services to complain all I got was terms and conditions read out to me. Use interflora. At very least they’re accountable. Truly awful

The order wasn't correct it should have been red roses & Lillie's & website said half price this is laughable.I rang to complain & customer service was useless said couldn't do anything about it she couldn't find correct post code which was rubbish.

Underwhelming flowers versus website, at £60 one has an implied expectation, these were not discounted. Half the flowers were not fresh, is that in contradiction of the trade descriptions act? And regarding delivery instructions, totally ignored. My wife as home and I was out. Just in case she was busy I had instructed that the flowers be left behind the house, its on the dropdown selections. The delivery person didn't ring the doorbell, my wife was indoors, they dumped the box on the doorstep and I found it 3 hours later when I got home and brought them in ruining the surprise and they had been left out in the 26C heat all that time.

The bouquet my friend received contained way less flowers than the one I ordered but customer services simply disagreed. The difference between the two was actually enormous so I will look elsewhere next time.

Flowers were delivered by Royal Mail in a cardboard box. Flowers were practically dead due to all the water that they were in had leaked out which then soaked the cardboard box. Flowers didn’t look anything like what was purchased gave petrol station vibe. Could have bought a much nicer from local supermarket. Avoid

Very let down by the quality of the flowers that were delivered, for the money that was spent on them it’s a joke. Unable to get a refund. Wouldn’t use again.

As an online florist, we do require a clear, bird’s-eye view photo of the bouquet with a time-stamp within 3 days of delivery in order to review and resolve any concerns. Not even a one star, I specifically ordered large size with extra money which looks normal size that you get get in £7 in any supermarket and the flowers arent even decorated as shown in picture, they are all just wraped together. the outer pink roses petals were all yellow and few of them are dead. I paid £60 for this. What a waste of money. Not as many flowers for large boquet as shown in the picture.You pay so much money to expect a nice boquet to give someone to make them happy and i got this delivered. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
