I ordered a £46 bouquet which arrived as a £15 (tops) bouguet. I queried it with Amazon who told me to take it up with Prestige. They said they had made a mistake and said they would send the correct the next day. They did not. One very disappointed colleague. They now refuse to help, saying to take it up with Amazon. Amazon are not interested as Prestige made the mistake. Five emails from Prestige say they cannot help. Well, guess what, they could if they wanted to. Never ordering from them again and wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

As the order was placed through Amazon, any further communication will need to go through their platform. We can see that a replacement bouquet was offered, but you'll need to respond via Amazon to accept it so they can proceed with the arrangement. While I know this doesn’t undo the disappointment caused, I want to assure you that your feedback has been taken seriously and shared with the relevant teams for review and improvement. The quality of the flowers recently was very poor not of value for money Unable to upload photos for some reason However I did order the teddy 🧸 this was very much value for money Also after sending email had a very poor response

Poor Service and Disappointing Resolution I ordered a large luxury arrangement, but the recipient received a medium (definitely not luxury) bouquet—barely generous enough to fill a standard vase. The only compensation offered was the price difference I had already paid. No accountability, and no effort to make things right. Very poor customer service with zero regard for customer satisfaction. A thoroughly disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again.

Basically a good site, but would be so much better without the dam stupid pop ups, that get in the way of what i'm trying to achieve. Which is once a year send a bunch of flowers to my sister. Cheers

★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Poor Quality & Customer Service Ordered flowers for my wife with next-day delivery. Sadly, they arrived half dead and with no plant food included. By day 3, they looked even worse. I would’ve contacted customer service sooner, but I was offshore with no cellular signal and couldn’t receive photos from my wife until I got closer to shore. When I did report the issue (on day 5), Prestige Flowers refused to help because I’d missed their 3-day reporting window. No flexibility – just a £10 voucher against another purchase, ok, ill buy more dead flowers shall I... What was meant to be a thoughtful (and expensive) gift turned into a total disappointment. I feel completely let down and won’t be ordering from them again!

Paid £45 as needed to send some flowers for a v upsetting but special occasion and was shocked at how bad the flowers that delivered were. Spoke to prestige and apparently money comes before customers!! Another company going downhill !!! Picture what was delivered not as on website- shocked!!

Misleading Product and Dismissive Customer Service I ordered what was advertised as a large bouquet and even paid an extra £10 to upgrade the size. What arrived was shockingly underwhelming — small, sparse, and completely unlike the lush, full arrangement shown in the photos online. When I contacted customer service with photos to express my disappointment, I was told that “the bouquet is of good quality and is the correct size as ordered.” That response was both dismissive and frankly insulting, considering the clear mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered. I was so embarrassed by the bouquet that I couldn’t bear to gift it. Instead, I went to a local florist and got a significantly larger, more beautiful bouquet for the same price. This experience felt like a total scam — glossy photos and upsells followed by a subpar product and no accountability. I would strongly advise avoiding this florist if you care about quality, value, or customer service.

Very bad experience, flowers wilted after three days , customer service just didn't want to know. Would never use them again. Sent photograph on 4th day but when flowers sent as a gift, you could not ask person to send photograph earlier.

The flowers were sent to my partner for a birthday gift as I was out of the country. The flowers were lovely but they didn’t send the ones I ordered they sent a completely different bouquet. I ordered Lily’s as those are her favourite but she got roses instead. They did agree to send the correct flowers the next day but it still just made it that little bit less special. They should take greater care packing the deliveries. It’s now the next day after receiving the correct Bouquet and AVOID AT ALL COSTS been on live chat where they have refused to give me a refund so I have just had to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Ordered a large bouquet and the flowers weren’t large. one of the lilies was snapped and it just looked awful. If you want these guys to royally mess up your significant others birthday flowers you can trust them to do that, don’t give them your money.

Very confusing charging policy, ending up paying £6 more than anticipated . Not possible to cancel as company did not responding. Flowers when they arrived were worth £10 max and not the £41:48 that I was (in my opinion) near fraudulently charged. Read reviews and then do not use this company.

If I could have put zero stars! I would have.. Paid almost £50 upgrading to a large bouquet and the flowers were pathetic.. These were a birthday gift for a special birthday and I feel absolutely totally embarrassed and furious of what was received.. my granddaughter also purchased a bouquet for the same recipient and hers were even worse, so our relative received two pathetic flower arrangements.. I advise anyone looking at these numerous poor reviews and avoid this florist like the plague.. we are being ripped off, made to feel embarrassed and cheap skates yet we pay top price for what looks beautiful on their website however I’m sure trade and standards would like to be made aware of this.. I will never use this florist again!
