Misleading Product and Dismissive Customer Service I ordered what was advertised as a large bouquet and even paid an extra £10 to upgrade the size. What arrived was shockingly underwhelming — small, sparse, and completely unlike the lush, full arrangement shown in the photos online. When I contacted customer service with photos to express my disappointment, I was told that “the bouquet is of good quality and is the correct size as ordered.” That response was both dismissive and frankly insulting, considering the clear mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered. I was so embarrassed by the bouquet that I couldn’t bear to gift it. Instead, I went to a local florist and got a significantly larger, more beautiful bouquet for the same price. This experience felt like a total scam — glossy photos and upsells followed by a subpar product and no accountability. I would strongly advise avoiding this florist if you care about quality, value, or customer service.

Very bad experience, flowers wilted after three days , customer service just didn't want to know. Would never use them again. Sent photograph on 4th day but when flowers sent as a gift, you could not ask person to send photograph earlier.

The flowers were sent to my partner for a birthday gift as I was out of the country. The flowers were lovely but they didn’t send the ones I ordered they sent a completely different bouquet. I ordered Lily’s as those are her favourite but she got roses instead. They did agree to send the correct flowers the next day but it still just made it that little bit less special. They should take greater care packing the deliveries. It’s now the next day after receiving the correct Bouquet and AVOID AT ALL COSTS been on live chat where they have refused to give me a refund so I have just had to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Ordered a large bouquet and the flowers weren’t large. one of the lilies was snapped and it just looked awful. If you want these guys to royally mess up your significant others birthday flowers you can trust them to do that, don’t give them your money.

So my son bought his girlfriend some flowers, sent wrong bouquet and roses were starting to wilt before opening the delivery. Overpriced!!

Very confusing charging policy, ending up paying £6 more than anticipated . Not possible to cancel as company did not responding. Flowers when they arrived were worth £10 max and not the £41:48 that I was (in my opinion) near fraudulently charged. Read reviews and then do not use this company.

If I could have put zero stars! I would have.. Paid almost £50 upgrading to a large bouquet and the flowers were pathetic.. These were a birthday gift for a special birthday and I feel absolutely totally embarrassed and furious of what was received.. my granddaughter also purchased a bouquet for the same recipient and hers were even worse, so our relative received two pathetic flower arrangements.. I advise anyone looking at these numerous poor reviews and avoid this florist like the plague.. we are being ripped off, made to feel embarrassed and cheap skates yet we pay top price for what looks beautiful on their website however I’m sure trade and standards would like to be made aware of this.. I will never use this florist again!

Flowers and gifts not delivered yet but compared to other company’s the website is simple clear lots of choice and options, I absolutely love the fact I was able to create a really unique birthday gift package that looks like I been shopping for hours. Value is incredible compared to what I was paying. Next day delivery amazing! Let’s hope the flowers are just as amazing.

I bought a large bunch of flowers for my Mum and I got this... I spent over £52 (extra 10 for the large bunch and with the 5.99 delivery) expecting to get something at least similar. I just don't see how you can justify the price for this amount of flowers. I'm disappointed honestly. Should have gone to a supermarket...

I'm reluctantly writing this review as the hamper I received was a gift. However, I feel I should warn other people about the contents of it. The afternoon tea hamper was £24.99 and I don't think the contents were worth much more than £5. It included jam and marmalade but nothing to put them on, and long life cakes. It also didn't look nicely presented as in the photos, but just random items shoved into a box. A complete waste of money. Photo would not upload.

One star for arriving on the right day. Flowers were extremely disappointing - nothing like the picture. When I complained I was told I was too late and offered £10 credit on my next order. Well that's not much use as I'll never use them again. "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" - what a joke.

Poor quality- flowers wilting after 3 days, in the bin by 5 days. And paid £34 for them. Evidence given to customer service but not sufficient for a refund. Will never buy again, shop bought are 10x better.

Avoid using prestige flowers! Completely incorrect order arrived. I ordered some pale pink bouquet with no lillies, and what arrived was a much smaller, complete different boquet of flowers, including lillies!! Which are poisonous to cats!! When then contacting prestige flowers they tried palming me off that the photos on the website are just example photos and not what the order will actually look like. I could take a photo of a weed and say that's an example of a plant! They had no concerns and would not even address the fact they could have poisoned a cat by sending fatal lillies when I on puposely chose a bouquet without lillies. Very VERY dissatisfied not only with my order but their absolutely awful customer service skills. Will not ever be using them again.

They sent a bouquet of red roses instead of a boxed bouquet of yellow flowers. They also substituted a cheaper bouquet from the one I ordered. I’ve used them twice but now I am reluctant as they didn’t even attempt to do a like for like as a substitution. I have lost trust sadly. I have sent an email.

Prestige flowers has a great online store. it is easy to navigate with a great variety of wonderful flowers and an extensive range of optional extras to choose from. Prestige flowers is also one of the UK's most sustainable florists which i feel was an important factor in my decision to use them.
