My ten stems of peonies arrived with 2 stems dead. I complained and sent photographic evidence to the company. They were very rude and basically blamed me. Never use them again. Customer service is appalling.

After shopping around online for flowers I gave up and had a look on your website and found a bunch of flowers for a really good price I was sold not to crazy of a price and when went to check out they where on sale even better and will be here tomorrow amazing

my sister recently had a stay in hospital and my daughter sent her some flowers on her arrival home, i have previously used Prestige and didnt hesitate to use them again, big mistake. The flowers delivered where not at all like the pictured bouquet, she had also paid extra to upgrade, what my sister received was a nothing like the picture, certainly not worth the money paid and on contacting customer service was told a manager had looked at the photos we enclosed and deemed them perfectly acceptable.A lot of the flowers didnt even make the vase they were half dead. I am furious to say the least. Will never use again

The worst flower delivery company ever. Flowers ordered on May 2nd for May 4th for Mother’s Day, by now May 6th flowers not delivered and they refuse any responsibility for it and not providing any refund. Be careful with these scammers!

Received bouquet of peonies on second day they were like 10 days old. Leafs hinging down and some of the leafs start become dry. I contacted customer service and sent fotos. Reply killed me. The professional florist says that is nothing wrong with them. Definitely not gonna use this lot again and would not recommend for sure.

Dont use this company. I purchased a bouquet for my sister as a thank you. They arrived promptly but, sadly, this is the only positive. The day after receiving them, they were limp and dying. After emailing customer service, I was advised that 'After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered.' See for yourself and if you want a limp bouquet after 1 day! Then Prestige Flowers is the place to go! Ive shared what I order, and what I received 😞

If there’s no improvement after that time, you're welcome to send over more images, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Very disappointed, I sent flowers to my girlfriend they arrived 5 days after the expected arrival date all brown and withering. so much for a romantic gesture... I cant recommend this company, why risk it?

My wife was sent a bouquet from Prestige Flowers. The roses and snapdragons were virtually dead. When we tried to follow this up with Prestige, at every point they put an obstacle in the way of dealing with the complaint. Every excuse possible to avoid having to deal with the fact that the flowers they sent were not acceptable. Please avoid this company if you want good flowers and a reasonable standard of customer service.

I was very disappointed with the flowers I purchased for my son and his wife for their 1st wedding anniversary. The letter box bouquet cost me £33.48 (inc p&p). I expected my order to resemble the photograph from which I placed my order however that was not to be. I have attached photos for comparison. The first photo from your website the second photo what we received. However delivery was good.

A birthday gift, whilst the lilies were fresh and in good condition, the roses were tired and poor quality with one broken. Certainly wouldn’t use or recommend this company. It would seem I’m not alone judging from other comments.

recieved flowers from friends for my birthday quite dissapointing looked ok when they arrived but by the next day many were lifeless and some dead so dissapointed for me and my friends who sent them to me . Wont reccomend to anyone

Yet another bad bouquet. I had a tulip bouquet sent for my birthday with tulips with very tiny heads and already a bit crispy. All were leaning over one way and there was one sprig of the tiny white flowers, not like shown in the pic. I will never use this company myself.

Once again Prestige Flowers failed to deliver important birthday flowers on the day requested. My wife had bad experiences with them twice before and vowed not to use them again. I did not know this and use them for her birthday and of course no flowers. I complained but no response of course. Avoid this dreadful outfit
