This was an expensive bouquet and unfortunately, I would say, was not worth the money. When it was delivered, the flowers looked very dehydrated and although most of them perked up once in water, the roses didn't quite and several need brown petals to be removed. By day three, all but one of the roses were dead and 1/3 of the lisianthus. By day five, 2/3 calle lilies had also died, leaving very little remaining aside from the greenery. We followed the care instructions to the letter, snipping the stems at an angle on arrival and after three days, replacing the water and rinsing the stems. With all of those measures, I would expect good quality flowers to last a week- maybe not all of them, but a good majority. It is disappointing that these did not. It's poor value for money, and I doubt I will order from prestige again in the future.

Arrived late on the day on Sunday the 30th and looked a bit sad out of the package. Hoped they would perk up after being put in a vase, but by Friday they were drooped over looking pretty sad. Won't buy from here again.

£48 for what seems like a large bunch of flowers in the photo , came not even a fraction of the amount of flowers. Not to mention they were ordered for mother's day and came 3 days later half dead. Would recommend, better go to Tesco and get a £10 bunch.

First there was no card to say where the flowers had been put secondly the cake icing had all run as it was clearly not dry and thirdly the size of the bouquet i cud of bought from a supermarket for £7 this is appalling £48 for a rubbish surprise for my best friend i will never use prestige again im gutted

Customer service is rubbish. Flowers are disappointing and prices are too high for the products. Used several times. Messed up delivery for mother's day and I ended up paying twice. No refund or apologies.

I received flowers for mothers day, they were limp and not something you would purchase if bought from a shop. 5 days later 4 flowers dead I contacted customer service who were no help what so ever. Avoid

Flowers arrived dead/ damaged and poor customer service. I bought the flowers for Mother’s Day and was sent pictures from my mum which I then forwarded to customer service 2 days later. Was told could not get partial refund as outside of their 3 day window despite photo dates showing they were taken within the window. Offered voucher for next time which you can get by downloading app anyway and don’t know when I next need to order. Judging by other reviews this is not a unique experience do not order from here. If customer service was better I probably wouldn’t even have bothered leaving a review but feel like they fail to resolve customer issues.

Absolute waste of money. Flowers arrived a day after they were supposed to. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they looked nothing like it said they would. I paid £40. Some of the leaves were dead on arrival and not one flower opened.

Flowers arrived dead, shocking customer service, denying there was anything wrong with them saying we hadn’t added the supplied flower food! The chocolates were missing from the package. £51.50 down the drain.

Pretty disappointed with these . The flowers that arrived look nothing like the picture . I could have bought the same from Asda for half the price . Really poor . Paid £29.99 for next day flowers only find they add £5.99 for postage .

Dont waste your money, worst flowers ever- dead in a few days. Supposed to be delivered for mothers day. But was a day late, £10 bunch from a garage looks better than the bouquet delivered

Worse flowers I've ever purchased. Online delivery for mothers day £40, ordered a large and couldn't believe how small they are, nothing like the picture, roses dying before the lilies blooming, will not be using again!!

My son is on benefits. He set money aside to treat me on Mother's Day with a bouquet for £39.99. It arrived two days late. I understand flowers and the best place to keep them in my cottage so that they last. They were dead in 48hrs. I have been honest with my son and told him never to use this company again. I feel so sad for him; I have sent him £40.
