I selected for my parcel to be delivered on Mother’s Day and still have not received my order! My mother was in all day waiting for the parcel and has a camera at the front of the house to show that no attempt for it to be delivered was made. As the occasion has passed and still haven’t received my order, I have requested a refund and customer service has been absolutely terrible and have denied me a refund! This is the first and last time I will order from prestige flowers. Absolutely awful!

Terrible Quality and Service. The flowers were in very poor condition, and not fresh in the slighest. They looked like the reduced flowers you see in a supermarket for £3 and in no way represent the photo on the website or the price I paid. Despite them claiming a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, they have refused to provide any resolution to this. Also, they should make it clearer on their website that next day delivery does not apply to regions like N.Ireland instead of burying it in their terms and conditions. If I place an order on a Saturday for a Sunday Mother's day delivery to N.Ireland, they should highlight that it wont actually make it for that day instead of making it an option and accepting it. Flowers missed mother's day due to this.

Took my payment for next day delivery and then went totally silent and missed the day I’d paid for… total waste of money. Should have gone with a local company who could have delivered what I paid for.

I ordered and paid for an orchid _ which was beautiful actually and an afternoon tea gift box _ the gift box didn't show up ! Very disappointed _ it was for my sister in laws birthday _ Not happy 😞

I ordered a Mother's Day gift from Prestige Flowers, spending over £50 including delivery, and paid extra specifically for guaranteed Sunday delivery. My elderly parents live in a block of flats, and the courier couldn’t even be bothered to wait for them to get to the door – just left a missed delivery card and disappeared. I contacted Royal Mail and was told the redelivery wouldn’t happen until Tuesday – completely missing the point of a Mother's Day gift. When the flowers finally arrived, it was even more disappointing: just four wilted rose stems and mostly leaves. It looked nothing like the bouquet advertised. The only usable items were a small cake and card – hardly worth the money I paid. I contacted Prestige Flowers to request a refund, but they outright refused and didn’t even offer any form of compensation or alternative solution. Absolutely appalling customer service. I won’t be using them again and strongly advise others to avoid them – overpriced, unreliable, and uninterested in making things right.

Really disappointed for my daughter who arranged a delivery for Mother’s Day for me and I had to throw one stem away as it was wilting and was slimy when arrived. Two stems have been wilting since Monday. Not worth the money . Will not let me upload photos.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother for Mother’s Day and they arrived two days late and were half dead. When I phone up looking for a refund they ordered me the delivery charge of £5.99 credit

I sent a Mothers Day bouquet that shrivelled and wilted within days. I contacted Prestige Flowers as soon as it became clear they weren’t going to bloom, only to be hit with a rigid “three-day policy.” Apparently, you’re supposed to complain before the flowers show any signs of failure. That tells you everything you need to know. They offered me a £10 voucher, as the recipient, which is frankly useless. I didn’t buy the flowers, they were a gift. How exactly is a voucher meant to make up for a ruined gesture? The flowers were poor quality, the customer service robotic, and the refund policy built to avoid responsibility. If you’re thinking of ordering from them, don’t. There are much better companies who stand by their products and treat customers (and gift recipients) like humans.

Ordered two lots of mother’s day flowers. I have spent a considerable amount of money and flowers are already dead and wilted. Contacted customer service after 3.5 days of receiving and they said as it’s not within 3 days of delivery they cannot refund it. To put it into context £80+ of flowers have not even lasted 4 days. The company do nothing to help and resolve issues and I am embarrassed to have gifted these.

Flowers roses and lilies ordered from Canada. Following day after delivery one rose flower died. Second day three rose flowers were brown in the centre. Two lily flowers did not open. A disappointing experience
