Two “bouquets” ordered for Mother’s Day, one with a candle, extra paid for Sunday delivery. Delivery missed for one order, candle missing from the other. Flowers not as ordered, some half dead. Tried dealing with the company to resolve, pointless, offered £20 credit/voucher, total insult. Waste of time trying to fight it, they’ve got the money now and couldn’t care less. Avoid at all costs, will never buy from Prestige again, flowers from your local convenience store are much nicer!

Absolute joke. Spent £40 on a bunch of flowers that turned up brown, heads drooping and basically dead. When the misses opened then up for mothers day I was so embarrassed so these were ment to be from the kids. Never again using this company and I would advise everyone else to stay clear as well. Would of been better to go supermarket

I always try (and hope) to leave a positive review, but I’m at a loss here. Having spent over £80 on a (what looked online to be) beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day, I received very disappointing updates from my Mum that ALL of two flower types died the following day, and ALL of the roses drooped under the head two days later. I sent photos to the customer service team, but apparently I didn’t share my complaint within their acceptable policy period. £80 for a near-total dead bouquet within 3 days. I send flowers quite often (I think this is my first experience with Prestige), but I have never seen such depressed flowers, or received such an ill considered response. Oh, to be fair I should mention the £15 voucher to discount a future buy, but taking into account a delivery of nearly half that, I think I’ll give it a miss. Not quite the Mother’s Day bouquet I’m proud to have sent.

Have used these guys before, but this time the flowers were shockingly bad. Not even close to the picture shown on their website. I have more foliage than flowers and some of the flowers were snapped/broken off as well to top it off. Contacted customers services and sent photos, and was told "Upon reviewing the photographs with our Florist Manager, we have confirmed that the bouquet you received is of good quality and is the correct size as ordered." I'll let you guys be the judges of that. Please see the photo for a side-by-side comparison. I'm not being funny, but I paid £35 for a bunch of flowers that look worse than a £10 bunch from Tesco... Never using these guys again, avoid.

Wow, I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. The flowers look awful. I am truly gutted and could have done a better job myself and bought locally. Nothing like the pic in my order. Never again!

Rose buds were brown and had to be thrown out after 3 days. Customer services weren’t able to help because it has to be reported inside 3 days.

Ordered the JEAN-MARC NATTIER bouquet, terrible customer service and the quality of flowers recieved were poor. Did not last 5 days, flowers started dying from the 2nd day. Half of the flowers had to be removed by day 3. Won't be ordering again, my friend also had a bad experience with the quality but I had already ordered.

My son always uses Prestige and the flowers he sends me are usually great. This Mother's day( on the Friday) the leaves were a mess and the tulips all droopy even after a while in treated water.I called customer services who advised emailing with photos. I have had no response yet! Very dusappointing.

Very dissatisfied with these flowers , how can you get a simple bunch of lilies so wrong My son ordered them for me for Mother’s Day they didn’t arrive till the next day Very poor quality they are turning brown before they have even opened !! How do you get money back !!

Absolutely disgusting lack of accountability for undelivered flowers. As a retailer of PERISHABLE items, you would think they would have the understanding that their product has a quick sell by date, so almost a week late and still not delivered for Mother’s Day. A full refund has been requested yet denied even though no product was ever received. Don’t trust this company with meaningful moments for your loved ones, they don’t care.

Absolutely awful service and terrible quality of flowers. Like other customers, I ordered flowers for my mum to be delivered the day before mother's day. They arrived the day after, with three days in transit! The flowers were shrivelled and half dead. Customer service was appalling, suggesting I give it 3 days so the flowers can miraculously recover. Will never order from here again.

Prestige Flowers Is a total scam. I ordered a big bouquet and chocolates for a Mothers Day delivery and because my sister has lost a loved one. It hasn't arrived. They say it was delivered a day after Mother's Day and was left with a neighbour. She checked with the neighbours, it was all a lie. Typically like with every scamming and fraudulent company, they refuse to refund the payment although it is clear it was never delivered to the recipient and I did not say Royal Mail could leave the package with a neighbor. Don't order with them.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, ordered these for my mum, paid an extra £10 for a large bunch, got about 8 lillies if that. Royal mail unable to deliver 2 days so she got them and they're wilted and leaves dying. Will not be buying from this site again. What a disappointment especially at mother's day! Seems like I'm not the only one disappointed either, should be ashamed charging those prices for what is actually delivered! Would try and contact for a refund of some sort but sounds like I'll be wasting my time with that too!
