With reference to the delivery of the flowers no one could inform me if the 1 pm deadline would be honoured I was just informed to wait and see, not the flower have dropped heads and are dying after 5 days I’m very disappointed especially when you believe your going to a reputable company. I would advise anyone to avoid your company like the plague

I am incredibly disappointed. My order is untraceable through the Royal Mail App , I have been given a second reference number by your customer services which does not work . I have paid for a tracking service that does not work. Your operatives are polite but unable to give proper assistance. The towers have now been in transit for 4 days and seemingly disappeared . How do I get a refund please

I have checked your tracking and can see that delivery was attempted as requested on the 23rd, but the address was inaccessible. Redelivery or collection would need to be arranged. To maintain the freshness of the bouquet throughout the journey, we include an Aqua Pack/Liquid Gel. This innovative pack contains water and essential nutrients that help nourish the flowers, allowing them to stay fresh and vibrant upon arrival. I recommend arranging the redelivery or collection, and if there are any concerns about the condition of the flowers, please send us some images. We’ll be happy to look into this for you. Whilst I understand it’s not guaranteed the delivery was late and the recipient didn’t receive them before leaving the country for a trip and the flowers were left on the porch, so hopefully they’re survive the time they are gone. The bunch looked lovely online but I can’t speak for in person.

These are the flowers my daughter Sophie bought me. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the flowers, they look as though they should be in the reduced section. Definitely not fresh flowers which you would expect from yourselves Not able to upload pictures, will email you

Flowers were meant to be delivered on the 24th but were a day late despite the website charging extra postage without notifying me. I am very disappointed in the quantity of flowers received for the price we paid (not cheap)! There were 4 flowers in our bunch and a few unopened lilies. I could have got better in Tesco for £10!

Was generally disappointed with Prestige, it was our Anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife at work with a delivery, i thought £8 was reasonable price for a pre 1pm delivery slot and was a reasonable price, however the amount of flowers (6 roses & 2 Lilys) for over £40 worth was not value for money and this was the larger bouquet. I wish I would have gone to Morrisons instead because I would have got triple the amount of flowers. Also it was mentioned on the website that I would text or notifications on the the morning on where and when they would be delivered, these never happened.

Oh my goodness! This website is impossible! Signed up to get the £10 off discount by downloading the App but no discount! The page keeps jumping and offering discounts but when you sign up.. guess what? No discount code! Not sure these flowers will even arrive at my mums address as no way to review the basket at the end of ordering. Fingers crossed the flowers are as stated in the advert because ordered the largest bunch.

The pricing was decent but checking out was poor. There was no clear chance to review the contents of my basket, sneaky unclear postage added on last minute and unclear whether the address I was supposed to enter was my address or the person I wanted the flowers delivered to. Shame as I have no problem with add ins but they should be clear and upfront. I should have known in well in advance what the price was, how it broke down and had confidence the flowers will go to the correct address. Not tempted to use again.

Flowers arrived on time but for the price not many flowers in the bunch and 4 of the flowers were dead with 2 of the 4 losing their heads. I wouldn't be using prestige flowers again.
