My brother bought me a large bouquet as a get well gift. Within one day the antirrhinums were shrivelling up, day two dead. Upon receipt I sent a photo of the bouquet to my brother who was disappointed with the size of it. I was disappointed too. My husband bought a similar bouquet from a local florist , and it arrived two days before Prestige flowers. Eight days later and the local florist flowers still look as fresh as the day they arrived . Prestige Flowers, almost ready to bin. Will actively dissuade friends and family from using your service .

For £40 (given the pictures advertised) the flowers were of very poor quantity and quality - oh and to top it off were delivered at 7:30pm and were in a ‘vase’ which looked more like a pint glass!! I attempted to resolve the issue but Prestige Flowers didn’t want to know!! Ironically another person also purchased the same ‘bouquet’ (I use that term loosely give the appalling quantity and quality) which was exactly the same!! I would not recommend at all!!! I felt like I’d insulted my friend (who had gone through some bloody life changing surgery)!!! Bloody disgraceful!!!!

I sent my cousin a bunch of flowers and vase and card I recall the card was meant to be free! from this company ! My cousin sent me a picture , I must say I was extremely disappointed with the flower content, absolutely nothing like the picture at all . What a disappointment!! £44.96 spent. I also recall this was a reduced price as on offer ?! So even more disappointing because the full price would have been even more unacceptable. Will not be using this company again and wish I had looked at reviews first. Lesson learnt !! Delivery quick !

Ordered some flowers for my mom and dad's 60th wedding anniversary. Decided to spend the extra £10 for the large bouquet. All in all approx £50 spent. The bouquet arrived and very disappointed in the size of the bouquet. Will not be ordering again.

Poor bouquet of flowers received for our anniversary. Flowers started dying after 24 hours and bouquet was very small despite paying £10 extra for a larger bunch. Prestige admitted they were not up to standard and offered £10 gift voucher. The flowers cost over £40. The best I can say about this company is they respond very quickly even though they don’t help! My only option is to leave a bad review. Would not buy from them again.

This company are extremely unprofessional, take your payment for an order, lose the order and nothing gets delivered and you have lost the money you pay. Stay away, nothing but disappointment, frustration and out of pocket!!

I paid £42 for a flower delivery from this company for my sister-in-law’s birthday on June 12th. It was an extremely hot day and yet they considered her greenhouse as a safe place to leave them despite the fact that she has a large property with plenty of shaded areas where they could have been left instead. Obviously the flowers were dead when she went to collect them. I contacted this company who decided the offer me a £10 voucher off my next order! They really weren’t bothered by my complaint and wanted my sister-in-law to take photos and email them - she is 73 so has no idea how to do this. Save your money and DO NOT use Prestige flowers.

The flowers, which certainly were not cheap, were a huge disappointment. The Lillies have not opened and some of the flowers are already dead 4 days later. I did complain; but apparently this must be made within 3 days of delivery, and today is the 4th day. I was offered a voucher, the equivalent of 15% of the total price, despite the majority of the flowers being of poor quality. I declined this , although impressed with how quickly they responded to my complaint, as for the money spent I could have got 4 more bunches of flowers at a local supermarket which I am sure would have not died already!

So I spent £100 on 3 bunches of flowers for close friends as a thank you. I am so disappointed, I could have got a better/bigger bunch in Sainsbury's for cheaper price. Flowers themselves are fresh and quite pretty, but I'm actually embarrassed to give my friends these flowers. £100+ on what?!

I've left 2 stars, as 1 star for the quick and efficient delivery and 1 star for packaging. I paid a lot of money £50 for a Large bouquet, damn if this is a large I dread to think what you get in a small! I could have stop in a petrol station and brought took bouquets for £10 and had a bigger bouquet. Really disappointed to be honest!

I arranged for some flowers to be sent to a friend. The roses did not open and the flowers were nearly dead within 24/36 hours. My friend sent me photos of the flowers, I forwarded these to the company and they said that as it was more than 3 days since the delivery, I was too late to complain. They offered me £10 off my next order. I emailed back to say I will NOt be using this company again. I see that other people have had similar experiences.

After spending £40, when flowers eventually arrived , they were nearly dead, prestige said they would resend, nothing arrived surprisingly enough, I have spent a lot of money with prestige, but never again, I will buy my flowers and gifts else where from now on I suggest you stay away from this company and buy else where

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday they were delivered on time but the edges of almost all the flowers were turning black and a few days later they are all dying heads all hanging over they will now go in the bin. Poor quality

I was gifted a bouquet of prestige flowers for my 40th birthday. What I received compared to what was ordered was very disappointing considering the amount of money that was spent. Flowers are a non essential luxury item that a family member had taken the time to choose, send and pay for and to see their look of disappointment at what they had sent to me as a gift was very sad indeed. They purchased your roses and Lily bouquet (NF1010) what arrived resembled nothing to the images. I appreciate they arrive in bud, yet even days after it wasn't the beautiful bouquet advertised. The flowers themselves were incorrect. Roses yes, lilys no! What's advertised are oriental star gazer Lilies what I received was Alstroemeria or Peruvian Lilies. Now, I appreciate you may make substitutions based on seasonal availability and you state "we will always use the best match with the stem pictured, and it will always be of equal or higher value to the one pictured" I do not agree that what I received was either equal to or higher quality in any way shape or form. My family member submitted a complaint and you kindly sent out another bouquet. The replacement was exactly the same bouquet I had received originally, this time in a damaged box with damaged flowers as i would show in the pictures I have yet this page will not allow me to attach. My questions to you, why did you send the same bouquet? Why are the flowers neither high quality or equal to those advertised in the picture? Why was there no additional foliage within either bouquet as advertised? Is this acceptable from a reputable company offering "prestige" flower delivery or false advertisement and taking people's hard earned money for a low quality product? I wait in anticipation for your response.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion, as our team initially provided incorrect information and arranged a resend of the same bouquet. I was brought some flowers from Prestige and half was missing and some were broke and some dead. My nephew rang them and complained he was offered £10.00 and they were adamant they are a disgrace I stopped using this company over 2 years ago through many times of dissatisfaction of flowers. I have now reported them to trade stands enough is enough and they are getting away with ripping people off. No stars from me. They had all the pictures as well.
