Basically I was ripped off by this company... I ordered a plant for my mother based on the photo on their website and the plant that was delivered looked nothing like the website plant and more like a very poor relation (see photos). Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere....

I have always found Prestige flowers to be reliable and reasonably priced with an excellent selection of flowers, plants and gift options. Also, paying for 6 months/12 months of delivery up front saves a lot of money- it is a good offer.

I’m in Australia and just ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my Mother In Law who lives in UK. She will receive them Friday, how efficient! They will bloom by Sunday for her special day. I ordered a side of cake too! How awesome, she will enjoy that with a cup of tea 🍰🫖☕️

Ridiculous website. I have just ordered flowers and they are being sent to my home addresses. I have no clue where delivery address was supposed to be input, never saw it and had no chance to review order. I now have 1-2 hours talking to customer services to resolve.

What a disappointment! Purchased a 'Large' bouquet for our wedding anniversary costing nearly £50. What arrived was 6 roses and 2 lilies with a bit of twig. It would have cost no more than £10 from a local garage. Asked customer service to review but was told it was within expected levels and no refund (even partial) would be offered. I wish I had gone to a local supermarket or florist. Pity anyone buying the standard size. Never again would I use the company and recommend anyone to be wary of buying from here. Such a shame as was expecting more from a company where their only job is to provide good quality flowers representative of the price spent.

Dreadful experience, ordered on 21st for my mother’s birthday on 24th. Arrived looking sad on 26th. Spent £26 on something £4 would get you in Lidl. Will only use them again if I wish to insult and offend someone. I look forward to the patronising comments from Prestige.

They should make it clearer that these flowers are being sent from England when ordering for the IOM. No guarentees they will be delivered next day will never use again. “caveat emptor”

I find the website user-friendly. I also like the suggestions under Ocassions i.e. Get Well Soon and New Baby, both of which I needed. I have made 3 or 4 orders since joining and all have been delivered bang on time and been very well received. Today, when it appeared i was being charged although I have paid for free delivery for a year, the helpine was answered straight away and the explanation enabled me to resolve it very quickly. I rarely leave reviews but was happy to leave this one. Thanks and I look forwarrd to using the remaining 231 days of my free delivery membership !

order placed 2 weeks in advance and the flowers didnt arrive on the date requested . contacted customer service who to be honest were not interested and fobbed me off. have not had any contact from the courier as stated in the confirmation email so not sure when they will arrive i will not use again or recommend anyone else does . there are better companies out there that will provide a better service and care about paying customers
