The flowers received did not look at all like the picture on the website. I was actually quite embarrassed to have sent them .

Sent dead plant as a thankyou gift Completely embarrassed be by sending a dead plant Raised a complaint for a refund for faulty product (plant definitely did not die in transit as it was in transit for 1 day, plant was completely dead) customer service said they cannot issue a refund and to water Appalling customer service! Avoid at all costs

Ordered a luxury hat box of flowers for my friend’s birthday. Not cheap. Took over a week of email excuses for delayed delivery, to only then be told that the courier was returning the flowers as the delivery was refused. This was simply not the case as my friend was at home when they claimed to be delivering. Customer service (if it can be called that) were not interested. First and last time using Prestige Flowers. Really disappointed as I am in New Zealand and I wanted to do something nice for my friend on her birthday. Can’t comment on the quality of the flowers as she never received them. Don’t recommend using these guys. If you are sitting there thinking of maybe a change from using InterFlora, don’t do it!!

Flowers didn't last 4 days after delivery and customer service only will to offer a £10 voucher as it wasn't reported within 3 days with pictures. Disgraceful and disappointed. Fair to say I won't be using them again

Flowers delivered a day later than promised, and apparently by Royal Mail, not a proper delivery service, so dread to think what state they will be in when delivered. I will NOT be using Prestige Flowers again - most companies deliver quickly by courier, not leave it to Royal Mail. This was not made clear when I made the purchase or I would have ordered flowers from another company.

After reviewing your order, I can confirm it was delivered on the 18th, as scheduled. As your order was placed after our 10:00 PM cut-off for next-day delivery, the next available delivery date was the 18th. Paid approximately £40 for bouquet for daughter’s birthday l visited 2 days later and was disgusted to see very poor state ,roses almost dead even after removing guard petals and bouquet not as good as photo on website. On sending photos of roses had email saying manager did not consider anything wrong and the bouquet was of good quality and size, which I did not agree with neither did my neighbour who is a retired florist agreed and as an ex retail manager l would have never considered sending such a dismissive email to a customer I only changed to Prestige after reading their claims to be the best but having read the last seven 1 stars reviews l can say l will not be using or recommending, them. I tended the family rose garden for approximately 40years and have sent and received many many bouquets over the years and not one complaint, I feel very cheated and disappointed that a so called top company has so many poor customer reviews in such a short time finds this acceptable Beryl Lee

Having not got home to 9 p.m. I couldn't believe that there was anyway I could have flowers delivered for tomorrow!?! Then I found your excellent site that not only said it could deliver the next day but it was just so easy to use and offered such good value!!

My best friend arranged for a delivery of roses from Prestige Flowers to be sent to me after my father sadly passed away. She was away on holiday at the time and wanted to do something kind while she couldn’t be here in person. The flowers arrived on Friday, 13th June, but were in a very poor state from the outset. I did everything I could to try to revive them—changing the water regularly and trimming the stems—but nothing helped. By the time my friend returned on Tuesday, 17th June and saw them, she was shocked and upset. All the rose heads had dropped, and the bouquet looked completely dead. She contacted Prestige Flowers to raise the issue, only to be met with very poor customer service. Their response was that, because the issue wasn’t reported within their 3-day window, they would only offer a £10 credit voucher. Considering the circumstances—and the fact the flowers arrived in such poor condition to begin with—this was extremely disappointing. The quality of the flowers was simply not acceptable. I currently have roses from Tesco that are beautiful and fully open—proof that much better quality is possible, even at a lower price. Given this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Prestige Flowers. Their products and customer service were both substandard, and their unwillingness to show empathy in a sensitive situation was particularly disheartening. A refund or at the very least a replacement should have been offered without hesitation.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Avoid! I paid £48.68 for delivery of a 'large' June bouquet of flowers for a friend who is very unwell. The lillies had mushy stems along with one of the stocks and had to be binned. To say I was embarrassed that this was the gift I had chosen is an understatement. For a 'large' bouquet it really was disappointing and did not have the number of flowers which should have been delivered. The vase looks cheap. I'm not sure if there was a ribbon as pictured or whether this was also cheap and thus not used, message card is flimsy. It was delivered after 2 days rather than 1 day as advertised and paid for. I complained and sent a photo to customer services advising my friend was unwell and they asked me to send them more photos. Even though my friend is unwell, she managed to retrieve from the bin, and sent me photos. After several emails back and forth and Prestige Flowers rebutting me I was eventually offered a £15 credit on my account with them, which I refused given the condition and short number of the flowers delivered. Initially I had requested redelivery of the flowers and this was the final offer I received from them. By this point I was scunnered with the company and lost faith in their service as throughout there was no apology or second thought for my friend who as they knew was unwell and thus inconvenienced. I have requested a full refund and raised a dispute via the credit card company. I would like to do something else for my friend instead to make up for this and no longer trust Prestige Flowers to do the right thing, given the service they provided and how they handled my complaint.

I ordered a cheese and wine hampers for my farther for farthers day and prestige hampers sent it by royal mail who failed to deliver it within the 24hrs. It arrived 3 days later and hadn't been kept refrigerated the gel ice packs had melted and leaked contaminating the hole thing. Waste of money and very disappointed 😞

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday - they “lost” the order and delivered the most sad looking bunch of flowers the day after!! AVOID them at all cost!! Terrible service!!!

Writing this review after receiving a 'couldn't care less' response from Prestige after complaining about the quality of their flowers. If I could score zero I would. We were just told to 'consider disputing the payment with your card provider'. The bouquet was delivered 2 days late. The antirrhinums were dead within 24 hours so I replaced them with antirrhinums from the Co-Op bought 2 weeks earlier which still had more life in them! Roses dead within 48 hours. Overpriced. Poor quality. Abysmal customer service. Won't be using again. Prestige - please don't bother replying with another cut and paste response about reviewing comments to see how we can improve our service as it's just a nonsense. Please avoid and support your local florist.

No Prestige about this florist company, in fact more of an insult as supposed to a joy or surprise. It was embarrassing for me as the person who sent them. Do not rely on receiving your flowers on time, no such thing as ‘Next day delivery here’ , The images on the website are extremely misleading and exaggerated. Don’t shell out your hard earned cash , You’re better off going to the high street and picking up a marvellous bouquet for so much less. I just thought using a florist company with such a good website would deliver something memorable. These flowers from Prestige are nothing spectacular. Dry out quickly, overly priced & Quite dull

Flowers delivered late. The point of specifying a day is that it's a specific, special occaision. Ruins the gesture to have a late delivery. Poor customer service, no help whatsoever and no refund. Will not be using again.

Extremely poor service. We wanted to send a bouquet for the birth of our nephew in London. The flowers were delivered to a different address (same street name) in SE London instead of NW. We were told that this address was stored in the system, even though our order confirmation stated a different postcode. The flowers were then simply left with the residents of the incorrect address. We were then told that the flowers could be picked up there. A refund was consistently refused. No comment – ​​it's outrageous and definitely has nothing to do with prestige. I wish I had read all the bad reviews here before.

My hamper wasn't delivered on Father's Day and it was also for the birthday. Double Joy became double disappointment. The customer service simply told me they can't do anything about it , no guarantee for on time delivery. You won't have my business again that's for sure!
