This is the second time I have ordered from Prestige. First time went well. This time, while they arrived on time, they came in a very poor state: 2 stems had to be thrown away ad they had disintegrated. Rose petals dry and papery. All looking a bit tired.

Simply awful ordering and checkout process. Buttons not working, autofill not enabled, address lookup not working, account registration failed so had to use Apple ID which I didn’t want to do… then it was not clear whether the add on I had selected was actually in my basket or not till after I’d checked out. I just hope the delivered product is significantly better than the ordering process.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, they advertise next day delivery but in the T and C's it states they have 3 to 4 days to deliver. When the delivery doesn't materialise they are only interested in keeping your money. They couldn't care less where your item is, or when it will be delivered.

Request and paid for flowers and next day delivery. This didn’t happen so I called and they advised they hadn’t completed this due to “suspected fraud” which isn’t believable as they had taken the money. They then advised they couldn’t do it and had sent me an email (they hadn’t). I’m waiting for my refund still. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Giving it a 1 star rating as 0 stars is not available. I ordered the rose and lily flowers and paid extra for the large bouquet. What actually arrived is a joke of a bouquet. The picture online is not at all what was received. It has since been a week and the bouquet is still as pathetic as it was when it first arrived the only difference now being the flowers actually wilting away. I contacted the customer service team and they were just as bad at communicating and providing a solution to the embarrassment I felt of these flowers being delivered to a friend. Attaching a photo of what I ordered and what was received. I absolutely do NOT recommend. Don’t waste your money unless what you’re looking for is a sad pathetic bouquet.

Prices are expensive, although not the highest I have seen. Easy to order, although delivery address wasn't confirmed on the checkout page until after ordering was placed.

Shockingly poor performance experience, wouldn’t even publish my initial review. On upgrading to a large bouquet & finally admitting they had sent the wrong size, offered £5 credit to cover a £10 upgrade on a £75 order. Total rip off; cannot possibly recommend.

Shocking. The tulips only lasted two days from delivery and some stems were broken. In compensation for my daughter, I bought fresh flowers from M&S at a fraction of the price.

intentionally misleading pricing where you cannot see the final price until after you've paid. Delivery price was missed off my quoted price and they refuse to cancel the order despite me requesting one within 5 minutes of purchase

The flowers I received were of poor quality, the roses in the bouquet were DOA. Never opened up, apart from 1/6, dead in bud. Very disappointing, I felt equally disappointed for my daughter who had spent her money on them. When I contacted Prestige they were very unhelpful in providing a resolution claiming that I had to raise the issue within 3 days of delivery, even when I presented photographic evidence they claimed that the standard of flowers was acceptable! Very poor customer service, buy your bouquet elsewhere.

Basically I was ripped off by this company... I ordered a plant for my mother based on the photo on their website and the plant that was delivered looked nothing like the website plant and more like a very poor relation (see photos). Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere....
