Disgraceful customer service. My order arrived a day late and without the vase I had paid for. They offered me a derogatory online refund for the vase but not the postage as they are not responsible as the delivery company is a 3rd party! Not to mention the fact the flowers look nothing like the pictures and the roses are drooping. I will never use this company again.

Poor quality. Flowers dead after a few days. Won’t let me post photos to show just how bad. Don’t look anything like image advertised. Customer service not interested just want to offer a £10 voucher for more flowers. I’m amazed this company has so many 5 star reviews.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friends birthday for Friday. It’s now Saturday afternoon and they still haven’t arrived!! Stuck with royal mail somewhere so they will be dead if they ever get delivered. Absolutely appalling service

Please do NOT order any flowers from this company as I have purchased a larger size of flowers for £50.50 and I could have purchased a far better quality and size of bunch of flowers for £20 from a supermarket. I have since found out their rating is very poor on Trust Pilot and sadly it’s not until I have contacted the appalling Customer Service that I have since looked at the reviews. AVOID at all cost !!

I had a terrible experience with Prestige Flowers for my anniversary. I placed an order expecting a beautiful arrangement to be delivered, but it never arrived. After reaching out to customer service, I was informed that an attempt was made to deliver the flowers, but no one was home. The issue is that I was home the entire time and did not receive any calls on the number I provided for communication. When I explained that I no longer needed the flowers and requested a refund, I was shocked to be told that they would not issue one due to the alleged delivery attempt. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Prestige Flowers based on my experience. Save your time and money and choose a more reliable florist!

Flowers delivered ok anniversary bouquet £50,3 days later flowers dead & dropping petals ,contacted prestige to be told they only offered a 3 day guarantee, I have bought garage flowers for much less money that lasted twice as long! Offered a £10 credit on my next order, will not be using them again.

Absolutely shocking service..... I used them now a couple of times the 1st time the flowers arrived abroad on the promised day .....the 2nd time the flowers arrived delayed ....I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again for international mothers day ordered beginning of the week with delivery for Friday yet again the flowers haven't arrived on the committed day and will possibly arrive Monday a couple days old Absolutely shocking never again

Very unhappy with this florist. I ordered a large bouquet for my Aunt's Birthday and it was a small bouquet, if this was a large bouquet i wonder what a small one would look.like.Customer support full of excuses and unhelpful. I will never use them again. Prestige??? Absolutely not

If I could give no stars, I would. Prestige using Royal Mail failed to deliver a bouquet to my daughter-in-law for her birthday in line with the commitment on their web site. Prestige's excuse was that the address I provided didn't include the house name, despite that fact that there is only one house at that number. As compensation I was offered a £15 voucher for the £55 flowers that I had ordered. What an insult!

I ordered a medium size Paris Bouquet (£55) and paid extra for next day morning delivery. To my horror, this turned out to be a worst bouquet that I ever received. It was stale with wilting roses and raw lily buds stuffed with more foliage than flowers and arrived late. It looked sick and nothing like the image displayed on the site. I’d strongly advise people to stay away from Prestige Flowers if they don’t wish to ruin their special occasion.

Extremely disappointed with their flower delivery service. Apparently next day is only available anywhere but Scotland. Twice now I have ordered from them where the date I selected for delivery was no issue until I had paid and then they changed the delivery date to a day or two later!! If you can’t deliver to that location next day, specify and do not process the payment. I could have ordered from someone else!!!!

Absolutely disastrous experience - will never order again. Ordered birthday flowers for delivery May 7 which never arrived even after confirmation of order delivery details and day. Then follow up was appalling asked me 3 times for delivery address and now just sent me tracking reference with the Royal Mail - can you imagine the state the flowers will be in if/ when they finally arrive- total rip off ! Learnt my lesson ! Stay local ..

I’m extremely disappointed with Prestige Flowers. I ordered a bouquet for my anniversary, but it never arrived. Despite my attempts to contact customer service they were closed and that’s when I knew they will not deliver them . This experience ruined a special occasion for me, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable flower delivery. Save your time and money! And if you see this review by today don’t attempt to deliver just keep them flowers and the money hope u invest them on better service
