I ordered flowers for delivery 27 April, and they have still not arrived. I requested a refund of the delivery fee after they had not been delivered on the date requested, and they kept offering me a credit for future orders! I would not be ordering again, and strongly recommend you take your money to a reputable florist, please avoid! Still waiting on my refund unfortunately

The site has a lot to offer and the chat bot is also helpful. I think the minimum spend to receive a discount is a bit high however. Maybe that is a good price for most vouchers but for student discount to be set at the same price of £29.99 is a bit harsh in my opinion

I ordered flowers for our goddaughter for the birth of her wee girl. They never arrived Apparently left in a safe place No photo as proof No note given to the recipient that they were left somewhere else And of course no refund Will never use again

I love the convenience of this website as I always order from the USA for gifts to be delivered in the UK. The only issue I have is when I want to send more than one item to the same address. There is no option to link the gifts to one delivery and to pay one delivery fee. Other than that, I love this website!

flowers were bought for me as a gift foliage limp and list colour and roses were dead within 4 days. very disappointing

Very quick turnaround from ordering the night before to receiving in the afternoon. Was not very impressed with the bouquet though, I selected the large bunch but it looks to be a small.

I received a beautiful bunch of flowers for a special occasion yesterday. They were cream an pink roses . I have followed tge instructions by cutting off 2cm of the stem at an angle . They ave been placed in the shade . I am so disappointed. There is obviously a problem with the pink variety of roses. .hoping you can send a Fresh bunch please .one day old is not acceptable. Is this a real company or is it fake? Ordered flowers May 2., it still hasn't arrived. Several attempts to reach customer service. No answer on mail and the phone number doesn't seem to be in use. If this really is a company it certainly is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in UK. Shame on you.

Easy to use website, good selection of flowers, cards presants and a free voice message( if you want to send one) Im happy to have an account with Prestige flowers, I took the very reasonable account option for a year so, when I send flowers again, I dont pay any more delivery charges.

It's great to see an online florist that offers options for Interternational Mother's Day for those of us living overseas. It would be useful if the field for billing adddresses includes an option to select another country, just for the reassurance that your order is going to be accepted. I also really appreciated paypal being a payment option. Lovely range of flowers to choose from. Thank you.

My ten stems of peonies arrived with 2 stems dead. I complained and sent photographic evidence to the company. They were very rude and basically blamed me. Never use them again. Customer service is appalling.

After shopping around online for flowers I gave up and had a look on your website and found a bunch of flowers for a really good price I was sold not to crazy of a price and when went to check out they where on sale even better and will be here tomorrow amazing

my sister recently had a stay in hospital and my daughter sent her some flowers on her arrival home, i have previously used Prestige and didnt hesitate to use them again, big mistake. The flowers delivered where not at all like the pictured bouquet, she had also paid extra to upgrade, what my sister received was a nothing like the picture, certainly not worth the money paid and on contacting customer service was told a manager had looked at the photos we enclosed and deemed them perfectly acceptable.A lot of the flowers didnt even make the vase they were half dead. I am furious to say the least. Will never use again

The worst flower delivery company ever. Flowers ordered on May 2nd for May 4th for Mother’s Day, by now May 6th flowers not delivered and they refuse any responsibility for it and not providing any refund. Be careful with these scammers!

Received bouquet of peonies on second day they were like 10 days old. Leafs hinging down and some of the leafs start become dry. I contacted customer service and sent fotos. Reply killed me. The professional florist says that is nothing wrong with them. Definitely not gonna use this lot again and would not recommend for sure.

Dont use this company. I purchased a bouquet for my sister as a thank you. They arrived promptly but, sadly, this is the only positive. The day after receiving them, they were limp and dying. After emailing customer service, I was advised that 'After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered.' See for yourself and if you want a limp bouquet after 1 day! Then Prestige Flowers is the place to go!
