Massively disappointed by the flowers and service provided by Prestige Flowers. We ordered a large size bunch of Roses and Freesias, to send to our friend who is recovering from a major operation. We subsequently found our that the large size we asked and paid for, had not been provided, the photo we obtained from our friend showed a smaller size bunch of flowers, without the advertised number of Roses and Freesias. We complained to Prestige Flowers at Shelby, and all they could say is that because our complaint was lodged with them after 3 days, then they were not interested in listening to or answering our concenrns. We explained that as our friend was in first stages of recovery we did not immediately want to ask for a picture of the flowers that had been sent. Within our complaint we asked why the 3 days warning wa not shown in our Order, but they declined to answer, and merely referred to this warning being within the terms and conditions. We are all upset by their experience, but afraid that Prestige Flowers showed no desire to investigate, and advise why the error had occurred. David and Pauline, Nottingha.

A disappointing rather than 'delightful' display of roses as described on the website. Two stars rather than a one star review because at least the pot bears some resemblance to what is advertised. Interestingly, a lot of straw to make up for the lack of flowers! I sent an email complaint about this and another order, only to receive a standard response on how to look after flowers in a vase of water!! The customer service of Prestige Flowers is as pathetic as the flowers they deliver. My advice, go elsewhere!

Do not order from here. I ordered a large size flower bouquet and the one received was not the same size as their photo and quality not as good. I contacted the company and they refused to do anything about it. And after sending many photos they denied anything was amiss. Then they said I can try to dispute it with my credit card but they would deny it.

Unable to review as this is my first purchase and I am sending these flowers overseas from Atlanta to Glasgow for my Godson's funeral and will only have second hand info about their quality.Hoping they are acceptable as the pricing is high.

Prestige Flowers do not ensure delivery as per the service you pay for (make sure you read the T&C’s). Problems are dismissed by quoting their T&Cs which supposedly say that they have no responsibility for delivering in line with the service you pay for. They say it is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available for delivery. Then they will not believe you when you say the recipient has CCTV footage to prove no delivery was attempted. They do not care about having a satisfied customer, their focus is on telling you there is nothing they can do and they are not responsible, so will be doing nothing.

Terrible Experience – Ruined a Special Occasion I ordered a bouquet from Prestige Flowers for my fiancé’s birthday, expecting something beautiful and fresh to mark a special day. What arrived was extremely disappointing – the flowers were wilted, with many petals already falling off. They looked nothing like what was advertised and were in no condition to be given as a gift. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a solution I was satisfied with. I asked for a full refund given the poor condition of the flowers, but they declined. Their response felt dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. This was meant to be a thoughtful gesture for someone I love, and Prestige Flowers completely let me down. I will not be ordering from them again, and I urge others to think twice before doing so. A company that delivers dead flowers and offers poor customer service doesn’t deserve your business.

terrible terrible customer service.. ordered flowers for mothers day from Australia... for 80 pounds and the flowers failed to deliver... contacted them and they said there is nothing we can .. we can't refund its your loss... requested more info about the courier they used since I am overseas ... they said no we can't help you... utterly disappointed with their service... what a waste of money and time... heartbroken was not able to deliver my mother's day gift for my elderly mother... will never recommend anyone...

I Received flowers from a friend for my 80th birthday on May 8th. They all went straight in the compost bin. An absolute disgrace. Dont send leaflets showing beautiful flowers and send out rubbish. I should never use or recommend this company. Kindly issue a refund to the sender. Thank you.

Please do not use this company for next day delivery service. I ordered ‘next day delivery flowers’ on Thursday and selected for them to be delivered on Saturday, even paying extra. The flowers have not been delivered and Royal Mail has been used so they can now not be delivered until Monday and will probably be half dead!!! No satisfactory response!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Prestige Flowers due to the level of disappointment, stress, and inconvenience caused. I originally ordered what was advertised as a large, premium bouquet of roses and lilies, along with a vase and a premium message card. What I received was damaged flowers, a scratched vase, and a cheap, perforated slip of paper folded in half — far from what was promised. The bouquet itself was dusty and poorly presented. I contacted customer service immediately, and what followed was a lengthy and exhausting chain of emails, filled with apologies but little actual resolution. I was asked to submit multiple sets of photos, received vague responses, and was even sent the wrong replacement bouquet after weeks of back and forth. To make matters worse, they asked for a positive review before I had even received the replacement — a gesture that now feels very misleading. When the final replacement arrived, two lilies were broken, and the bouquet once again fell far below the standard I paid for. The only satisfactory item in the end was the vase. After enduring weeks of back and forth, I was offered a £5 refund, which is frankly insulting considering the time, emotional toll, and ruined sentiment behind the original gesture, which was meant to support me during my recovery. This entire process has been draining, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. I truly regret trusting a company named Prestige Flowers, as nothing about this experience lived up to that name. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before placing an order, especially if it's for an important or meaningful occasion. The quality, service, and accountability were simply not there.

A disgrace of a company. Ordered flowers, a card and tea and biscuit set for my partners birthday. Three items in total, not a difficult number to count…or so I would’ve thought. The order arrived without the card which is obviously a key part of the order given it’s for a birthday. I emailed to explain what had happened thinking this would be easy to resolve. Firstly they accused me of not checking the box properly! I mean how embarrassingly rude is that. Of course I checked the damn box!! Secondly they said they wouldn’t send me the card because it needed to be part of an order with a bouquet…which the original order they messed up was. So in essence they’ve refused to send the card and don’t give a monkeys. AWFUL COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!!
