The delivery was next day and arrived early in the day which is good. The flowers were not as pictured. they were very sparse and definitely not what I would expect from the image provided and additional payment for a large option. On contacting customer service the response was quick however they insisted the bouquet was acceptable.

No tracking information provided, customer service did not provide a solution and the desk was closed the whole weekend. You select a date but they will deliver 3-5 days after the selected date. Do not recommend.

A £50 bouquet was half dead within 48 hours, fully dead within 5 days - £60 total order as I paid for 1pm delivery. I gave customer services all the evidence they required, they lied about information in their terms and conditions and when I highlighted this they just didn't acknowledge it. Made me jump through hoops and after it all offered me a £10 voucher to use on their site. Will never use again. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee means absolutely nothing.

I've used Prestige Flowers on a number of occassions now and they always deliver quality flowers that last for weeks if you look after them. Try them, you won't be dissapointed.

Wish I'd read all the reviews before I ordered as I seem to have had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered a large bouquet for my 92 year old aunt who was going into a care home. She loves yellow roses so thought it would be perfect. The flowers delivered were absolutely awful, half dead and scant in number with only one yellow rose. I was upset and disappointed as she is worth more than that. I complained but received the usual platitudes and apologies from customer services but no satisfactory outcome. Apparently I need to learn how to look after flowers! How condescending! I can't be bothered to keep complaining but feel a referral to Watchdog coming on! They have received 97 negative reviews in the last 2 weeks and obviously do not care about their customers. Customer services please do not reply to this as I cannot bear reading more pointless and unhelpful messages. Prestige you are not!

Very disappointed in my order. Despite the flowers themselves being beautiful, the amount of flowers in a “large” bunch was nothing like the picture or what I was expecting to receive. One drop of baby’s breath when it looks like there should have been several along with others that should have been more. They also look a little wilted and not very fresh.

Your website is great but there is no way to choose the date i want to send flowers if i don't wat to send them the next day, & this is very fustrating. If there is please tell me how to do it. All the flowers I saw had sned the next day delivering, & that is where i could not change the date. With the result i could not send the flowers i wanted to But i am happy with the ones i have sent which i could chnage the date for delivery. Thanks. Patricia anne Thomas

Horrified with this order. Paid extra for this bouquet for a special birthday and what was received was pitiful and embarrassing. Definitely not worth the money. Disgusted, if I could give a minus star rating I would. DO NOT use this service.

My order is showing ‘return to sender’. Have been trying to get through to them about an order I placed from Australia for delivery in Scotland but can not get in touch with anyone. Live chat is just a bot and useless, phone number won’t work, even with international code. No response from email. At this point I’m thinking this is a scam and will be looking at canceling the payment.

1 star and that's for Royal Mail on the delivery! Paid extra for a large bunch what got dropped off does not look like the photo it's a million miles away! Should have gone to Aldi or M&S and got waaaaaay more for my money! Wont use again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to!

Ordered a box of flowers and received wrong flowers full of cactus spoke to customer service and they were no help and were not willing to compensate, rather felt it was ok and kept advising on how to look after them will never order form this place again.. rubbish service!!!

Got flowers delivered fine paid extra for large bunch, absolutely disgusted with what arrived for nearly £50, the two bunches my kids got from different shops for£20 out done them ridiculous. Never will use them again and would advise to stay clear

The flowers arrived with brown bits on and drooping! Paying £35 for flowers when I could have got as good a bouquet from M&S for £15! Avoid

Very disappointed. Paid an extra £10 for large bunch as a special gift. What arrived was only 5 peonies in bud and a load of greenery - you show 9 peonies in the picture of the medium bunch. Very misleading.
