Don’t deserve one star. My husband ordered for our wedding anniversary and to say disappointed is a huge understatement; he feels so bad that I didn’t get the beautiful bouquet the shop photos promised. I tried to share photos of my sorry bunch but for some reason they wouldn’t upload! But a day after delivery half the roses are dead and most of the others don’t look like they will be far behind.

I am reviewing publicly as I have contacted prestige flowers back and forth about the poor quality of the bunch I received and they are still questioning it. My husband arranged to have these sent for our 10th wedding anniversary by a family member, before he left for an overseas deployment as he has limited connections with us for 6months. Having been apart for 2 months it was meant to be a nice surprise. However, the flowers were half dead when opened and continued to deteriorate within 24hrs. I contacted the team straight away but keep being asked to provide more proof despite this being the worst bunch of flowers ever received/sent that we have had experience of. Within 2 hours of me opening them my mother came over and thought I had had these for sometime, she could not believe they had arrived that day. And it is such a shame this won't let me upload my photo to show such poor quality - the supermarkets put this bunch to shame!!

*AVOID* Just to echo MANY peoples experience with this beyond shocking company, I ordered a £40 bouquet for my mom’s birthday, arrived looking like a weathered £10 bouquet at best, nothing at all like the photo on their website. I took photos, emailed them to explain my disappointment, to which they just offered a £10 refund.. absolutely insulting. Really annoyed the fact these were for my Moms birthday, and the staff didn’t seem to care in the slightest about the awful experience they provided. Do not waste your money on this joke of a company, you will be let down.

Totally disgusted with the so called bouquet spent £45 and my sister got a handful of pathetic looking flowers. Total rip off DEFINITELY WILL NOT be using or recommending this company if anything ill talk people out of using them 😡

Joke of a company. Spent £50 on a lovely looking bouquet, only to receive some dried up, almost dead flowers in the post which looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like as advertised. Five days later they sent me a request for feedback , which I completed and told them the above. They dismissed my feedback saying I should have got in touch within 3 days! What on earth is the point in asking for my feedback 5 days after then? Avoid these people like the plague

Sadly after initial contact and photos sent to show poor quality of the roses & other flowers which had totally wilted after 2 days. The ‘florist manager’ agreed there was a ‘slight quality issue’ and offered a £10 voucher towards another order. Disappointed and offended by this insult. (My son bought the bouquet as a gift for my birthday.) We would never order another bouquet even with £10 off. The trouble is it puts the reputation of other floral delivery companies at risk of possible similar issues as I have told my son NEVER to purchase flowers by post again.

The easiest order website I have ever used. Simple to understand and follow, with a wealth of option and additions to choose from. When I have used Prestige previously they alway deliver on the day specified. they seem to go out of their way to exceed my expectation. I would highly recommend them.

**** ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY **** If I could give zero stars I would. Their advertising pictures are completely unrepresentative of what you receive. I ordered a huge bunch costing over £60 and it looked worse than a supermarket bunch. It is a con. And when you contact the complaints team about this they don’t care and just offer a trivial £10 gift voucher to spend on more flowers with them!

Ordered flowers yesterday for my niece who is ill but was not happy with the picture she sent me the ones I ordered were a mixed the ones that was sent where all white 6 flowers in total lots of leaves very disappointed.
