After many days of trying to get help with my complaint I feel I must send a very negative review. The flowers I sent to my sister and her husband for their 40th Wedding anniversary were nothing like the advertised picture. There was shortage for flowers and what were delivered where not very good. I will never by from Prestige again. I do wonder if the email I got were indeed AI and not real people. Maureen McGrath

I have used this company many a times in the past. I did the same as usual this time, ordered a £50 bunch of flowers for my friend as a treat, 40 year friendship. She send me a picture. It was nothing like I ordered, if I wanted a Tesco £6 bunch I would have gone to Tesco! Instead I went here, as you can see from the pictures they are very different, Jennifer was not bothered apparently a manager had looked at the pictures and said they are the same and wait for flowers to open. No refund.. nothing. It’s been two days and my friend had just messaged to say the flowers are dead. What a waste of £50. Stay away from this company! I now worry what others have received from me in the past. My auntie works at trading standards so I’ve shown her. She’s taking images and emails into work next week- as she can’t believe it either.

I paid the express delivery fee for next day ‘guaranteed’ delivery. The flowers weren’t delivered on time and I was refused a refund for the cost of the express fee. I’d use a different company. Wouldn’t recommend

Husband order flowers for me for our anniversary and they sent half dead flowers absolutely disgraceful they advise you 100% satisfaction well I would give them 0 our of 100 and it wouldn’t let me add photos to show how bad they were. Way to go to spoil what should have been a lovely anniversary gift

My partner ordered me large flowers a card, box of chocolates and a teddy bear, this was bought as a gift due to it being the anniversary of the loss of my baby. My partner spent £55. To find out that only the flowers and card had been delivered and the chocolates and teddy bear had not. We have contacted them to tell them of this mess up and they have offered us £16 back in credit, not a refund. £16 credit when we have no plans to buy again from this company is pointless. My partner tried to do something nice to honour the date and passing of my baby however prestige flowers decided not to send what was paid for.

Could someone please answer my email the flowers sent received Friday 5th September by Monday 8th the flowers were almost dead very unusual for Prestige Flowers my best friend uses them regularly via USA I really do not want to go back and let here know what poor quality they were this time

I ordered flowers 3 Sept to be delivered on the 4th Sept. I had notification from Royal Mail to say they had sent the flowers to Blackburn Depot in error and sent an apology. They delivered the dead flowers on Monday 8 Sept. I reached out to Prestige flowers who wouldnt replace them. My 82 year old friend couldnt save any of the flowers. I am very disappointed.

I live in Guernsey. I googled flower sellers in Guernsey and Prestige Flowers popped up. So, I placed my order for our wedding anniversary for the flowers to be delivered next day. Four days later they were delivered. Totally unacceptable. Prestige flowers should if known they would not be able to deliver the flowers in time. I complained and was offered £5.99 credit on my next order. Heads up people. If you live in The Channel Islands steer clear

The quality and size of the bouquet that I received was very poor I could have bought a better bouquet at the supermarket. When I raised my concerns I was not looking for a refund just for them to admit their error, I took photos and added these to my email, and was constantly fobbed off, be aware your bouquet may e not what you ordered, I will never use this company again.
