“Ordered several Genesis Vision Multi-Fix Aluminium Tile-In Profiles to complete a bathroom project. The shipment was on time and the LED profiles were very well packaged to ensure no damage during transportation. The profiles are of good quality and easy to fit. “My purchase took over a week to arrive which was ok considering it's nearly Christmas but what was disappointing was two calls to customer service who couldn't help and both said they would call back but didn't. I did however get a call back and a refund of the postage due to the delay.”

“Terrible, paid well over the odds for this, needed it last week, delivery cancelled twice and still haven't received it. Nearly £50 for a tile trim including delivery and umpteen emails and calls later still haven’t got it.”
