“I would like to update my last review on premium tile trim. I got a call from a kind lady Joanne call me today and said that she was looking into the matter how my order was double placed and then not sorted out Leaving me with the goods. A simple email typing error and double payment Caused the confusion which was happily sorted out today with joanne. Who will give me a refund once they have got the return goods collected. It shows that somewhere along the line in the company that they do care about customers I have used this company many times and I will continue to use the for my works.”
