I was hoping to use Premium Tile Trim to supply either 10 or 15mm corner edging but was unsure as to which size would work best. I ordered and paid to have two samples posted out so that I could make that decision. After a week, they never turned up and upon contacting the company was given an apology, told they would chase the samples up, but then had no further contact. I have now obtained what I needed from an alternate supplier. Very disappointing, particularly when you are made to pay the postage on the samples and they simply don’t turn up!

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Samples are sent 2nd class and can take upto 5 days to receive. I can see that my colleague has refunded you the delivery charges and that should be with you. We have spoken to our manufacturer and the reason was for the delay was that there was a backlog. Unfortunately this was something we were only just made aware of and can only apologise for the delay.

Never turned up when they said after waiting in all day, kept getting time changed during day only to never turn up. Turned up the next day after a moan but can’t fault the trim itself

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We can see that you placed your order on Saturday 14/4/24 at 22.31pm on a standard 1-3 day delivery service. Unfortunately as we were closed at the time and only dispatch Monday to Friday, this was dispatched on Monday 15/4/24. This was then delivered on 17/4/24 on the 2nd working day by Fedex. I can only apologise for the tracking info you received by Fedex. We will escalate this further, however as this is with Fedex it is completely out of our hands.

Good packing. Trim quality is good, Delivery quick. I paid for delivery £8. But I decided to change for bigger size and this is funny becouse return will cost from £30 . Disappointed

To return them back to us would be at your cost due to ordering incorrect product. The price of getting these returned could vary with couriers due to the size of the trims you have ordered. Terrible, paid well over the odds for this, needed it last week, delivery cancelled twice and still haven't received it. Nearly £50 for a tile trim including delivery and umpteen emails and calls later still haven’t got it.

I rang and spoke with a chap at Premium Tile and asked specifically if these particular aluminium trim had any holes pre-drilled in them as the pictures didn't show that they had nor did the description he said they did not. so £2oo plus quid later and they arrived with holes drilled in them, poor show

They have said that they tried to deliver on Wednesday 24th May, but said customer was not available or business was closed. The small connectors for joint corners was not the correct profile for the tile trims,obviously a different make I had to file them to look correct once installed

Ordered Straight Edge Milled Aluminium Tile Trim ESA, which came bent, messages to premier Tile Trim customer support. They mentioned my order was from them but 3rd party. I have no details of 3rd party if the purchase was done from the premier tile prime web side they should provide support. Not reliable .

My experience with Premium Tile Trim has been a disaster. I placed an order, paid for delivery and was given a despatch notice that the goods were on the way. 6 days later, many phone calls later and many excuses and , still no sign of my order. I have had no option but to cancel the order and purchase from another supplier. Very disappointed and won't go near this company again. Let's hope my refund will be made swiftly
