“The price of the trims and service were good. Next day delivery is pricey at £22 and disappointing as the tube the trims arrived in was bent, end cap missing with trims hanging out and one of them was bent. I assume this was the courier's fault but you're paying a premium for that to hopefully not happen. We could just about work around the bent section so didn't need to return it. The textured finish on the trim rubs off quite easily from any contact with tools, so finding that out meant a couple of pieces had to be strategically hidden, which combined with avoiding the bent bit made the job more difficult than it needed to be.”

“Contacted before ordering as was worried about getting long thin items delivered safely. Should not have worried as great service. Do not complain about what seems a high delivery charge as this is necessary to meet cost of delivery packaging and when compared with price for item you order is more than covered by the saving that going to local DIY store. Great service and would defently use again and recommend.”
