“There were some issues with the delivery, but I am satisfied the way they were dealt with. I was called by the customer care and I got refunded for the next day delivery service fee. A new shipment have been organised for the tile trims I ordered. All in all I am happy with the service.”

“Ordering the trim was very easy and the delivery was quick and on schedule. Despite damage to the package on delivery I cannot fault the trim , it was just as advertised and looks great. The company response to my alerting them to the damaged parcel was exemplary and I would certainly deal with them again in the future.”
