“Don't expect to receive your item the next day even when you pay for next day delivery. Its taken a week to receive the item. They use DPD who damaged the item and then Fed Ex couldn't deliver as they didn't have a driver. They clearly need to look at an alternative delivery company who provide a good service.”

“Unfortunately, the item did not arrive on time despite the additional cost for next day delivery. As I no longer needed it, I requested a return and refund, which the team arranged. My only advice would be to allow extra time for delivery if you need the product by a specific date.”
