“Delivery on time and with trims arriving in perfect condition thanks to reinforced tube package. Only gripe may be that rough sawn wood batten strapped to tube needs to be smooth timber to avoid unwary customers getting splinters like I did ! Sanded it myself in a few minutes so now have a smooth bonus batten.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. Spoke to a member of staff in the Customer Service team who was extremely helpful and offered excellent advice on which product would be most suitable for my installation, as it was my first time ordering they talked me through placing an online order before confirming when my order would arrive. Comptetive prices, excellent service and delivery arrived when required. “There were some issues with the delivery, but I am satisfied the way they were dealt with. I was called by the customer care and I got refunded for the next day delivery service fee. A new shipment have been organised for the tile trims I ordered. All in all I am happy with the service.”
