“Had a few issues with the trim and needed to change them.... Stephen customer service manager arranged for pick up and refund. The product was as expected and one of the few sites I could find 25mm thick trim... good outcome and went the extra mile”

“This was the only place I could get the trim we needed in the right timescale. The price for the trim was excellent at ~£7 per length, but the postage at £20 was costly. Trim looks great in our new bathroom.”

“Good quality samples, well packaged & swift delivery! Only constructive criticism is the samples aren’t tagged. We ordered multiple samples as options, & only one out of the 5 had a product code, making it near impossible to identify which one we wanted to go ahead and order.”

“Good service with samples, if a little expensive. Main problem is that the samples are not generally labelled and the papers with little icons are not representative of the samples. Having selected one I am not sure what it is apart from having Homelux stamped in the flat. However, none of the sample icons on the sheets are identified as Homelux, 3 of the 8 ordered have no decription.”

“Unfortunately the four tile trims were received bent. They were delivered in a cardboard tube but there was no packaging within the tube (and if the four trims had been tied together within the tube they would of been stronger ) The cardboard tube was obviously not stiff enough to protect the contents. I have managed to straighten the trims and will use them.”
