“ordered tile trim and preformed corners all in white. They arrived within couple of days. When I opened the package i found two packets of the pre formed corners were not white but cream. contacted customer services and informed them. Sent photos as requested. I returned items at own cost. They then contacted me to say they would refund my initial postage and returned items. Good customer relation responce.”

“It looks good , the self adhesive quality was not as good as it needs to be, been informed the glue may need time, its a corner protector so it going to get hit with bags ect from the get go., apart from that it does the job and looks good. Company responded well.”

“Ordering the trim was very easy and the delivery was quick and on schedule. Despite damage to the package on delivery I cannot fault the trim , it was just as advertised and looks great. The company response to my alerting them to the damaged parcel was exemplary and I would certainly deal with them again in the future.”

“Had a few issues with the trim and needed to change them.... Stephen customer service manager arranged for pick up and refund. The product was as expected and one of the few sites I could find 25mm thick trim... good outcome and went the extra mile”

“This was the only place I could get the trim we needed in the right timescale. The price for the trim was excellent at ~£7 per length, but the postage at £20 was costly. Trim looks great in our new bathroom.”

“Good quality samples, well packaged & swift delivery! Only constructive criticism is the samples aren’t tagged. We ordered multiple samples as options, & only one out of the 5 had a product code, making it near impossible to identify which one we wanted to go ahead and order.”
