“Decided to take advantage of the cart bag sale and, despite the efforts of Parcel Force who delivered it to a different address, I took ownership thanks to the honesty of the unwilling recipient ..... The bag itself is pretty decent £39 but the trouble started when I began to change over the contents of my old bag into the new one. I put one towel into the side pocket alongside the rain hood, pulled up the zip which promptly burst !!! It is easy to suggest that I overfilled it but that was certainly not the case. The next morning I called Powerbug to inform them and was told that someone would call be back shortly -- no one did. I then called again around 4pm and was again told that someone would call me back before closing at 5, again no one did . It was only after a third call that some kind of action was taken-- very frustrating at having to deal with such poor customer services. Your trolleys are first class , the bags not so much”

“The trolley seat was delivered in good time and the on line communication was excellent. Although there was a problem with the original item, there was no problem at all regarding a speedy exchange. I would recommend this Company for their good customer service and excellent follow up communication.”

“Unfortunately the adapter wasn't shipped with the cart or battery, but this was promptly shipped after a quick chat on the Powerbug website. Used the product a couple of rounds now and I am very happy with it.”
