“Purchased my PowerBug NX two years ago and I have been delighted with its tough sturdy frame and overall usability. The trolley and battery came with a 3 year warranty. Unfortunately in February 2026 the trolley stopped working. On contacting PowerBug I spoke to Christian on CS, he suggested the display may be faulty and sent a replacement through the post. Unfortunately the fix didn’t work so Christian arranged for a box to be delivered so I could return the full trolley for assessment and repair. This was turned round in 5 days and returned all fixed after extensive refurbishment. All this was at no cost to me and I couldn’t be more delighted with the service I have received.”
