“The power connector snapped off. They said it would be easy for me to replace and would send me the part but I opted to go to their place and let them do it. Done under guarantee. Stuff goes wrong. It's how it's handled that makes the difference.”

“The service from this company was unbelievable. I trapped and snapped the power cable on my buggy Disaster!! , I attempted to repair it. bigger disaster. The company could supply me with a new loom. Excellent. They don't have fitting instructions because it is quite difficult to do. I was then quoted a very reasonable price for the work to be done at their factory. I thought the carriage costs for a buggy frame are going to be expensive but what else could I do. Powerbug sent me a box to return the buggy, they arranged for it to be collected from my home, they informed me of its progress and returned the buggy fully repaired to me within 10 days,which included the easter break, at no extra cost to me. I have never experienced service like this anywhere before. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.”
