“Ordered a 'used' buggy and what I got was not what they advertised, simply by looking at the wheels. What really annoyed me, was that within 24 hours they were trying to sell me a Better Trolley for just an extra 50 quid. On top of that, lots of extras were offered as a thank you. I just wont buy again from them as I've lost trust which is a shame as they're lost out”

“Happy with the wheels. The trolley was purchased in Spain in 2013. It has a problem: I have to press the control button several times to stop. The button has been replaced 3 times, without result. Could the print plate be the cause? Regards Knut”

“The NX DHC buggy is as described. Great instant control, quiet as a mouse and easy to erect. Excellent downhill control, which allows you to concentrate on getting down hilly slopes safely not having to hold your trolley back. Very effective electronic brake hooks the trolley in place on any slope. Only identified limitation is that being designed for hilly courses, you have to go up to come down. It would be a great addition to have a '4th wheel' to prevent the trolley 'tipping back' over when going uphill. With some additional customer facing design, I believe this trolley could be 5 stars.”
