“My much loved Powerbug GT+ got damaged so used the very reasonable Service Centre package to have it repaired. It was superb and very quick considering the distances involved. Pick up and return by DPD went well. Christian was extremely pleasant to deal with and also very knowledgeable. He replaced the damaged control unit and even fixed minor snags that I had not really noticed. All in the service was top notch. It is great and also pretty unusual these days to deal with such a professional and helpful company. 5 star review for 5 star service. Keep it up Powerbug!”

“Having owned Powerbug trollies for more than 15 years I am disappointed with the new one I have just purchased, for the following reasons: 1. It is heavier. 2. It does not fold down so compactly as the previous models. As a result it is now difficult to get both trolley and bag in my car boot. Previously it was very easy. 3. The handle is set higher which makes it slightly less manageable for a shorter person!”

“Great power trolly set up design needs attention Great trolley when set up. Not the lightest; heavy to lift. Please be careful gripping the grey button to open, as the catch can (and has) pinched your hand. Battery installation/removal easy; charging info great. Nice storage details with inverted wheels and option to free walk (in case you forgot to charge the battery); a nice design. Just needs a little getting used to.”
