“Run by technicians who own the business and design the products they sell. They know what they are talking about so their advice is sound, and what's more, they go the extra mile. I called after hours (unwittingly) one Friday ..no matter, they were tinkering about upstairs, came down and saw to me. Old fashioned service with a smile, as it used to be - fabulous!”

We are not asking for this comment to be removed as it has vexed us so much. Thank you for your kind comment in relation to our service, it is appreciated. We are sorry to hear that you consider the cost of a replacement screen that you have broken unacceptable. You did not receive a 'skimpy bit of plastic'. These components are tooled and stocked. We employ trained staff to pick and pack product for despatch. Then their are packaging material and postage charges that are totally out of our control. All of the above compound the cost and to be accused of immorality and 'ripping off' we think is a bit harsh. Hopefully the above will explain our position against low cost items as we have to cover costs to remain at your service for years to come. Thanks anyway for making your feelings known.

“l ordered a replacement battery. lt took a week to arrive not helped by the delivery driver running out of time and delaying delivery by a day. The new battery is slightly bigger and did not fit the holder. l contacted Power bug who then sent replacement holders. (foc) This was a furthre two days lost.”

Our standard delivery promise is between 2-5 working days. With the extra day taken, we did actually make the delivery promise. A replacement battery was ordered and processed. Replacement battery inserts were not ordered but sent FOC with compliments when requested saving the customer around £14.00 inclusive of carriage taking two days from request to receipt by the customer.

“Purchased pro tour trolley from Alistair White @ Royal Ascot Golf Club .Also purchased special offer trolley direct from yourselves. Very satisfied with both. Fellow members have passed favourable comment re. set up. I know this is the not the most popular time of year to sell golf equipment but the pro. shop staff are very much on your side. I recently visited American golf in Bagshot/Camberley who were selling your trolleys at a vey competitive price of £449.”

“This was actually a replacement for a defective battery purchased from you earlier this year. Your representative asked sensible questions and quickly agreed to send a new battery. This was despatched same day and received the following morning (although I did have to pay for this guaranteed next day delivery as I urgently needed the battery).”
