“From ordering to delivery, it was a great transaction. I have used the trolley once so far on a hilly course, playing a shotgun start at the furthest part of the course, and used only a quarter of the battery. Solid trolley, tricky to get in the bag to start with and not as small as others, but I was aware before I bought it. Would I recommend? Yes, definitely.”

“I ordered a set of winter wheels for my old powerbug, when they arrived I discovered that they were for a more recent powerbug. When I phoned to request the correct ones, I discovered that they had consulted my recent purchases which I had bought for my son who has a modern powerbug. Because of this they had thought I had made a mistake. However they sent me a free return label and within 4 days I had the correct wheels. Very pleased with the customer service !”

“I received excellent help from a member of staff Christian. I sent him a picture of the part that I needed. Within an hour, I had an email Reply saying that the part would be dispatched the next day. It’s not very often you get service like this from companies but I have to say that Power Bug are an exceptional company. And their customers come first. I wouldn’t consider getting my equipment anywhere else.”

“Lovely to use on the course, steers easily, comfortable handle, powerful on hills. It is heavier than my previous trolley and more bulky when folded. But, it is still not difficult to load into my car boot. Very pleased with my purchase.”
