“I recently had a problem with my mini Lithium battery not lasting the full 18 holes on several occasions. After consulting Powerbug this battery was returned and replaced with a brand new one at no cost to me. As this new battery was not a mini Lithium one the Powebug representative talked me through the changeover in a friendly easy to understand manner. I found the whole return and replace process very easy and quick. I cannot speak highly enough about Powerbug. Thank you very much.”

“I had an issue with my lithium battery which was failing to complete 18 holes. I contacted PowerBug as my battery was still under warranty - they arranged for my battery and charger unit to be tested for any faults. Everything was completed within a week - I was dealt with by Christen one of the customer service team who kept me informed of test results etc etc Wonderful customer service”

“Eu resolvi comprar o trolley Power Bug NX DHC, porque tenho um amigo meu que tem um trolley Power Bug com bateria de lítio há mais de 10 anos e nunca teve qualquer problema e continua a funcionar bem. Além disso, quando fiz a encomenda solicitei em primeiro lugar que o trolley fosse entregue no Reino Unido na casa de um amigo meu, mas posteriormente mudei de ideias e pedi que me fosse entregue em casa em Portugal. A equipa de suporte foi muito prestável para resolver esta questão, e em muito pouco tempo foi feita a alteração e o trolley foi entregue em minha casa após uma semana. O trolley é muito simples de usar, muito robusto e bem construído.”

“Delivered on time. Custom built packaging very secure, ensured no damage in transit. Assembly and charging instruction easily followed. Due to snow only one round played to date, enjoyed ease of use and easy to use ARAP. Only one minus, trolley does not fold up as neatly as my previous Lithium model, requiring a bit more boot space.”

“Power Bug seems to be an excellent company and exchanged a "faulty" heated mitt without question or delay. However, the replacement only ever gets lukewarm even on the highest setting and I conclude that the product is not faulty, just not very effective.”
