I ordered two items, the umbrella holder and a device holder for my wife's Powerbug trolley, which she has had for a number of years. The fittings are obviously for a newer model of trolley. The umbrella holder was difficult to fit and all we required was the screw to hold the umbrella in. The device holder was no use as there was no fitting to attach to the handle of the trolley so sending it back.

The front wheel needs to be re- designed. It is to close to the frame and quickly clogged up with mud stopping the wheel from going round.

Recently bought an umbrella holder for my GTX1. The bolt that came with the kit was the wrong size (8mm instead of 10mm). I sent pictures 3 times to explain but they never received them (why they couldn't believe me I don't know). Eventually, they sent me a 10mm bolt and now all is well. I paid for next day delivery but it took them 3 days to sort it out. Customer service could have been better, thought I might have received an apology.

The umbrella screw was the wrong one I needed the large screw which you don’t seem to sell . This screw keep the umbrella stable but the thread is too small . So a bit of a waste of time .

Nothing against the product itself but the sales staff performed badly. My surname was spelt incorrectly and my post code, which I had given via phonetic alphabet, was incorrectly recorded and I was called twice to provide information to correct their records. The trolley arrived with no written instructions and I had to call the company to ask why it didn't work, to be told that there was a button under the handle that needed to be switched on. Nothing too terrible but these are service shortcomings that could have easily been avoided.

Sorry to see this review however we sometimes have to check information given to us over the phone to make sure that it is accurate as in the first instance in this case it was not. Although we are very happy to take instruction and orders over the phone, we have to be allowed some latitude to carry out our due diligence and make sure that we have accurate information. In relation to the "ON-OFF" switch under the handle of the GTX1 trolley, it is clearly detailed within the information provided with the product however understand the it can be slightly embarrassing for a customer to complain that a product is not working only to be advised that it has to be switched on.... We are very happy to hear that there are no issues and that the customer is happy with the trolley and sorry for the misunderstanding.

The trolley is the real deal..would have given 5 stars. Customer support deserves 0 stars. They sell you accessories without telling you that you need an adapter, they dont not check if you are from uk or the continent (got the loading device with an uk adapter),they wont reply to mails....absolutely horrible

Ordered and paid extra for a quick delivery. Package did not arrive till 3 days later. Wrote twice to company. No reply to either. Disappointing as I have bought stuff before and quality has always been excellent. Will buy again but not be ‘conned’ into paying the extra

I have only received one item the Power Bug bag has not arrived. Pleas explain why. The power bug bag has still not arrived on 12/12/18. So much for your but one get one free offer.

We are sorry about this and thank you for reporting it to us. Our records show that the Bug Bag was dispatched however it seems like it did not arrive as planned. We have reported this to our carrier and happy to say that a replacement bag has been sent and received by the customer

As a reflection of the total service. The delivery was shocking, a broken gate post and latch. A brand new trolley, which is supposed to be signed for, left exposed to the wind and rain and , with a gate left side open, could easily have been lifted and taken away. 'Signature required', clearly not important. Add to that the credit refusal on no grounds whatsoever to purchase a higher price trolley on HP and you have a returning customer who will not return. This is my second purchase in a year. Far from happy with the manner of this purchase.

Please accept our apologies on behalf of DHL - The courier would have been liable for trolley should it have gone missing, however that doesn't mean to say that the courier wasn't irresponsible... In regards to the declined finance application, this is unfortunately out of our control. The finance company reviews each applicants details to ensure they are suitable for the finance and in this case the application was declined. It is quite rare for applications to be declined - Declined purchases are usually due to an address or spelling error within the application or a very poor credit rating.

We can only respond and deliver spare parts against accurate information provided over the phone. This customer was reluctant to supply images of old components in the first instance allowing us to identify exactly what was required. When we received images as requested, we were able to supply the correct parts. Happy to say that the customer is now up and running again. Regarding any parts ordered and not used, we are happy to have back and refund component costs.

i received my new buggy 7/11/18 , on the 9/11/18 i received a e-mail, with free gifts if you purchase new buggy. i do feel that i should been informed of this offer from powerbug . otherwise i rate your service very good and very satisfied with my purchase. powercaddy did have the same offer as powerbug and informed five days before the offer started, i decided to buy from powerbug on the knowledge of my previous trolly from powerbug. I was assured when I phoned about non function that the problem was my battery charger not the battery. When the new charger arrived it was clear that this was wrong have just paid £3 to return the un needed charger

I have not yet received my order of 31st July. I hope it arrives soon. I thought I would have received it by now. Very disappointed. 6/08/18 - This item has still not been delivered.

I purchased a replacement charger, but when I connected it to the battery the unit ran very hot. I sent an email to PowerBug asking if this was normal or was the unit faulty ( and possible dangerous). They initially acknowledged receipt of my email, but over a week later I am still awaiting a reply.

Hello Neil - I'm sorry but it appears that your email hasn't arrived this end. Chargers becoming warm whilst charging can be normal as the weather recently has been very hot, amplifying the running temperature of electrical items. In some cases a warmer than usual charger can also indicate your battery is coming to the end of its life.
