“Hedgehog wheels for my golf trolley. Easy to order by phone. Helpful person I spoke to. Received what I ordered within a reasonable amount of time considering it was the week before Christmas. Had no trouble fitting back wheels to my trolley, front wheel was extremely awkward, took a long time, but eventually managed. Generally pleased.”

“Ordered online after confirming by phone that I was looking at the correct item for my cart which was an axle assembly. I received the item very quickly and fitted it without to much trouble (the screw holes on the end fixings needed to be drilled out as they were to small for the screws) and my cart was back on the course the day after working fine”

“Hi Guy's, Having purchased one of your trolleys this year, I registered online as requested. My comment on this is that I never received a confirmation as to whether my registration was successful or not. Trolley now away for winter, but enjoyed it's use at tail end of season. Thus far really pleased with my choice of trolley and purchase of same. Many thanks. Sandy Train.”

“Ordered new battery and charger on line. Excellent service from order to delivery. Easy to order with options for just battery to complete with charger leads and bag. Upgraded to 36 hole battery, couldn't afford lithium battery. Clear guidance for options and ordering. Received confirmation of order, despatch , tracking info and received goods in expected time. Will use on line ordering and Powerbug again for my trolley parts.”

“I received my mini lithium powered battery in good time after I ordered it but I have a problem ,it does not fit into the tray. it sticks in enough to hold it,so it's OK it does the job just looks precarious as it's almost on top of the tray. Robert Hume”

“I've dealt with PowerBug over a number of years, having owned 2 of their electric trolleys. The trolleys are quality and robustly built but after years of use when minor repairs are inevitably needed they have provided a quick and reliable repair service without charging through the nose.”

“I fitted the 2 large hedgehog wheels which I had ordered. The original small front wheel took forever to remove even with the help of the club pro. The small hog wheel did not fit properly so the original one was replaced. Permission given from club to use only the 2 large wheels. However, during this process the calibration adjustment must have been touched. My trolley now insists on going around in ever decreasing circles. I contacted PowerBug for help and was told that this can happen and that there is no formula for getting it back in the right place. I had to bring the 2 screws either side of the small wheel to the top and keep adjusting till it worked! I was told that he had done 2 trolieys and it was very much a 'hit and miss' operation. One week later and I am still trying. I did love my PowerBug trolley and everything about it but now I feel like putting it on the Muniicipal tip. I will keep trying as I am looking to playing some golf again. It is a huge flaw in the trolley,. £80 is a lot of money to pay for 2 hog wheels, 1 that doesn't work and a trolley that goes around in ever decreasing circles!! 1”

“Ordered on Wednesday, arrived Friday, well packaged in perfect condition. My 2nd powerbug, this time with Lithium battery. First "bug" purchased in 2006 and still going strong, have passed it on with heavy battery to a younger stronger budding golfer! Looking forward to Spring when I can easily carry my new light Lithium battery! Happy Christmas to all at Wizza! :-)”
