“1. Quality - Excellent (electric trolley with lithium battery) 2. Price - Not cheap but reasonable given the higher quality of the kit 3. Service - Good advice prior to purchase then rapid warranty replacement part and knowledgeable friendly staff responding immediately to the only problem I've had. 4. I would not hesitate buy from PowerBug again ! Colin Bewick”

“Should have been made clearer on website that black friday offers were not applicable if you bought trolley by finance deal plus could have done with instructions for winter wheels specifically how to get the front wheel off - still waiting on PDF which shows you how to do this. Overall generally pleased with purchase and service”
