“Lovely to use on the course, steers easily, comfortable handle, powerful on hills. It is heavier than my previous trolley and more bulky when folded. But, it is still not difficult to load into my car boot. Very pleased with my purchase.”

“Very prompt response to the failure of an electronic part. (Speed control). Responsive to my telephone queries. Only issue was lack of fitting instructions- a brief summary would have been great.”

“So far so good. My only slight problem is that the trolley takes up much more room in boot of the car than my previous one. Minor detail. Also there is now way that the battery is capable of 36 holes round my golf course. The first time it used 75% and today 60%.”

“Just ordered and received the maintenance and repair pack. Pleasantly surprised how well DPD handled the delivery. Just got to pack my ailing PowerBug in the return box and organise its delivery back to PowerBug. I am hoping they will be able to get it back on the course soon.”

“I had different mails to exchange about my battery that went out of service and got timely and approptiate answers. I ordered a replacement via internet and were services in time from the Uk to France. Thanks to PowerBug !”

“I bought a set of hedgehog wheels and new bag holders. Both are very good but neither had any instructions, in the end it wasn't difficult to put them on but it would have been easier if only there were instructions”

“The trolley is excellent my only problem with it is that the top bag holder is fixed and not hinged. Just a little thing but being hinted would be easier to store and for travel. Everything else is perfect.”
