“I am basically very pleased with the trolley but I have a couple of I need answering. (1) How long should the battery take to charge? (2) At the moment it shows green after a couple of hours and that is not enough for 18 holes. It let me down on the 16th yesterday. (3) I love the fact that the handle is taller because I am tall and therefore I walk much straighter. (4) Apart from the charging problems, the only negative is the weight of the trolley. As I am 81 it is quite cumbersome to lift in and out of the boot. I wait your comments.”

“Dear PowerBug Team Many thanks for the delivery, which was unfortunately twice as expensive as the controller. But the trolley is working perfectly again. But I would like to say one thing to the designer of this model. When the trolley is folded, the controller can be deformed by the bag support. Especially if the frame and the hinges are already somewhat ‘worn out’. I now cut a ‘half moon’ out of the bag support. Then the regulator is much better exposed when the trolley is folded up! “Have just started using my new golf trolley and everything seems to be very satisfactory! The only drawback was the delivery date which was a couple weeks later than expected but I believe that was due to container problems which were beyond their control”

“I recently purchased an NX lithium powering golf trolley as previous 25 year old sport model gave up the ghost. I'm disappointed that the NC doesn't fold up as flat as the old one, the bag holders don't fold up so it takes up more room in boot of car.”

“Service for purchase of NX Lithium trolley was excellent. Prompt with great contact throughout. Due to weather conditions, not yet used but have no doubts regarding it as it a really well built, quality product. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it was part of a part exhange, and the initial appt to collect my old trolley failed and I was not informed until I made contact.”

“Telephone calls and emails were courteous, prompt and efficient. Delivery disappointed in so far as it was about a month late. However, once scheduled delivery was on time and the return arrangements for the trade in were great. Overall a really good service.”

“The product I'ld expected to work perfectly as it cost £200 It does . The service was exceptional, the chap who served me, boxed it , posted it and it was delivered within 21 hours 😀”
