“From my first contact with the team I knew I was dealing with a class company. I got a good deal with an important long warranty and a few goodies thrown in. Delivery was next day and assembly etc was easy. I charged my battery in short time and used the trolley for first time today. A lot lighter than any other trolley I have used and easy in and out of car. The trolley performed with ease and it was an added plus to see the time we had taken and yardage etc. All in all no complaints. It's early days but so far so good.”

“Not sure what I am meant to be evaluating - the purchasing of the product or the products themselves. I thought the speed of delivery was excellent. The products look good and they fit well and simply onto the trolley, however I have not had time to use them yet. The only reason why I did not tick Very Good is because the packaging was a bit tacky - sandwiched between two bits of cardboard and the sticky tape was also stuck to the plastic bags so I had to rip it all off to get to the products. Otherwise excellent so far.”

“For a start, I've been golfing for over 30 years, and my power bug trolley is the best I've had so far. It is really easy to get spare parts, and I can't fault the service. I have only one suggestion, it would have been reassuring to have had an email from power bug,ie thanks for your order or your order has been dispatched . But I'm a big fan of power bug.”

“I had a power bug pro sport for 8 years and it never let me down once, however I wished to upgrade to a GT8 lithium. Initially I completed their on line "best deals" request form but after almost a week I had had no response. Eventually I went on live chat and was advised power bug were not doing trade ins, I discussed the GT8 and agreed a deal on that together with a new waterproof bag. I am very happy with the communication and service once I went on live chat. My order arrived within 48 hours and if I get the same quality and endurance out of my new GT8 I will be extremely happy. In my opinion although initial contact via the online request form was poor thereafter it was excellent. Power Bug produce a quality product which is robust and enduring at a very reasonable price.”
