“In my 70th year and my first powered trolley. Initially concerned that assembly instructions had to be downloaded, I do have a computer but not a smart phone. Compared to a trundle it is quite heavy. My golf club is very hilly but I soon learned to up the speed to help me on my way. Only one outing so far so have not braved the VRAP.”

“Service was very swift but cannot rate at 5star as package/postage cost of£4:50 for a tiny item the size of a birthday badge was very very excessive.”

“I ordered a PowerBug GT Trolley and accessories bundle late evening Thursday and received Monday Lunchtime. I have not had an opportunity to use the trolley but it presents as being well designed and robust. I am hoping that I will enjoy several years of trouble free use of the trolley. I play 2 or 3 times per week so I am hoping that by following the user manual and battery do's and don'ts that I get an extended life from both the trolley and the lithium PowerBug battery.”

“These are excellent trollies nd this is the second one I have purchased. First one for my wife, the second for me. Only a 4 as they forgot to pack the umbrella holder in the package, but quickly sorted once I let them know it wasn't there.”

“The service I got on the phone call was very good but as I stated to the two gentlemen I spoke to I was not very happy that I thought I was sold my previous battery on a 5 year guarantee only to be told it wasn't so paying out another £180 for a replacement was a bit of a body blow being a pensioner I know I got it a reduced price but the sales people who sell to customers should explain more clearly But as I said the service I got was good”

“Powerbug is quite quirky... I would have liked a soft start feature. I would have liked a variable speed within a speed setting as opposed to discrete speeds. But... all those downsides are more than cancelled out by the DHC and Parking Brake - I walk downhill next to my PowerBug and watch my fellow golfers struggling to hold on to their trollies.”
