Friendly and very helpful sales team. My previous battery has given 6.5 yrs service. There were a couple of issues relating to the delivery of my order, unsure whether this was Powerbug or delivery company's fault or communication between the two...It did get to me safely however and I do love my tiny lithium battery system..its so light! Changing over the battery tray compartment was trickier than I had anticipated but got there in the end!
