“Although I was satisfied with the product and service provided by Power Bug, the fact that the particular spare I purchased was listed as a spare part indicated to me that there is a weakness inherent in that part. (hole drilled through middle of axle) Apart from that, it is beautifully engineered and easy to replace.”

Over the last 15 years of developing the PowerBug range of trolleys we have continued to modify and improve our trolleys to the point where we feel they are the most reliable golf trolley on the market today. We list a full range of spares on our website purely as a precaution to ensure that if in the very rare instance one of our customers did experience a problem, it can be rectified at a good price with a fast turnaround time.

“Both trolley and bag arrived in a timely way. I have used them on several occasions and they have worked well. The only thing I missed was an email indicating delivery times for both items. I called your office and asked for this information. Overall very pleased with the purchase. Thank you.”
