“2 for 1 offer confusing as didn't allow you to buy two of mote than one item, which I wanted to do. It's probably in the small print somewhere but who reads that? Otherwise good product and service”

“Bought winter wheels on offer. Delivery delayed by lack of stock. Wheels arrived about a month after order, fitted okay but not yet used. Note they are a little narrower than the original ones but hopefully they will reduce damage on wet conditions”

“Friendly and very helpful sales team. My previous battery has given 6.5 yrs service. There were a couple of issues relating to the delivery of my order, unsure whether this was Powerbug or delivery company's fault or communication between the two...It did get to me safely however and I do love my tiny lithium battery system..its so light! Changing over the battery tray compartment was trickier than I had anticipated but got there in the end!”

“Pleased with the purchase. Everything arrived the day after ordering within an hour time slot and customer service was great when ordering. I might have rated the trolley as very good but my wife has only used it twice within about a week so it's far too early to comment on reliability etc. That said the small light battery is fantastic and so far a good trolley at a reasonable price.”

“Brought the lithium battery and charger as a replacement for the original lead acid one. Have not tried the battery yet, as it did not arrive on time, but the fitting of the trolley battery inserts was easy. The towel and wheel covers were a nice free bonus, thanks. Paid for 24hr delivery but obviously uk mail delivery service do not deliver on Saturdays. But overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase.”

“I had a problem with my battery running out midway through a round so had to push it for the remainder of the round. I contacted PowerBug as soon as I got home, and after talking to their representive about the problem, he diagnosed the charger to be the problem. He sent me a replacement immediately, even though the charger was out of warranty, at no cost. What other company would do that. I have always had a great liason with PowerBug, and this latest episode just goes to show what a good company they are.”
