“quick delivery”

“The service I got on the phone call was very good but as I stated to the two gentlemen I spoke to I was not very happy that I thought I was sold my previous battery on a 5 year guarantee only to be told it wasn't so paying out another £180 for a replacement was a bit of a body blow being a pensioner I know I got it a reduced price but the sales people who sell to customers should explain more clearly But as I said the service I got was good”

“Powerbug is quite quirky... I would have liked a soft start feature. I would have liked a variable speed within a speed setting as opposed to discrete speeds. But... all those downsides are more than cancelled out by the DHC and Parking Brake - I walk downhill next to my PowerBug and watch my fellow golfers struggling to hold on to their trollies.”

“Having owned a power bug (mini lithium)for over three years, I was reluctant to part with it when it finally lost its charge. I bought another from Power Bug but was disappointed when the new version was too large to fit in the pouch. Is there a version that is smaller by about a centimetre?”

“The axle arrived within three days which I liked. The packaging was not that good, only thin bubble wrap around the gearbox and axle which could have been damaged on route, lucky there was none apparent.”

“Order was delivered complete and exactly when advised and expected. Initial assessment gave the impression of a good product well put together. I have yet to use the trolley in anger on the golf course so cannot complete a full review.”

“I had a problem with the battery on my golf trolley. Under the terms of the warranty it was returned for testing and found to be faulty. There was a no quibble replacement offered. I opted to have an upgrade and Powerbug sorted out a deal whereby I only paid the difference for the new battery plus they threw in a few accessories . This was duly delivered the following day. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle free.”

“quick delivery of new battery, however I had specifically asked for it to be delivered to my golf course pro shop, instead it arrived on my doorstep when I was out, which is exactly what I had wished to avoid.”

“I haven't tested out on the course yet but it looks well put together and finished off nicely. I would have liked a strap included for securing my own lithium battery and there is a very high pitched sound coming from the motor/controller when operating, hopefully this will not be noticeable out on the course.”

“Unfortunately, the trolley that I ordered was out of stock in the requested colour. However, it was resolved to my satisfaction. Many thanks. Really pleased with my new trolley, definitely recommend it to my friends.”
