Hello Ian Sorry to read your comment but a little confused. When checking, the product was ordered on line at 21:55 on a Sunday. It was processed and dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday?

“Product was good and delivery prompt, although Royal Mail did not leave notification of parcel that had been delivered, it was left in my dustbin for me to find! I did ask for some advise on how to fit anti rotational bag supports but none was forthcoming, it turned out pretty easy but I did not want to damage the trolley in the process.”

“I had to contact PowerBug regarding my recent purchase of a trolley as there were no instructions on how to assemble it. I was told a memory stick was attached to the handle. There was no memory stick and anyway I wanted a paper booklet. I was then sent an email with an attachment so I could print it off. Why should I have to do this surely the company should do it ? The staff were helpful and the trolley arrived on time . It does not have a guarantee card.”

“I had a problem with my powerbug golf trolly, no power. After a call to powerbug they suggested it was probably the battery or charger. They arranged to collect them to test at a cost of £39.00. The battery and charger were fine. So after a chat with Christian at powerbug he decided to send me a part out which l had to fit myself, that wasn't a problem it only took ten minutes to complete, that solved the problem. Christian was very helpful. My only little gripe was l thought the £39.00 charge for a trolly still under warranty was a bit expensive, but all in all very good service.”

“Delighted with the buggy the only sound from it is the clubs rattling in the bag,the battery is well up for the job I'm not so certain how the connector block from battery to charger will hold up though it's fiddly and takes a bit of tugging to separate time will tell.my motocaddy dry series bag fits perfectly and is a doddle to fit on to trolley with absolutely no twisting out on the course.i would have no hesitation in recommending this product, my last trolley a golfstream lasted four days before breaking down to be replaced by another which lasted 7 months before developing a mind of its own and breaking down again it was sent back to factory and returned to me still broken that was mid December and I still can't get a refund as the Scottish dealer is on winter shutdown.time will tell if the build quality is as good as first impression implies I was going to go for a hillbilly but the distance control and the fact powerbug had the confidence to give a 3 year warranty on trolley and battery made my choice a no brainer.”
