“I was impressed with the quick service and delivery of the trolley. My only issue is that the instructions are very limited especially relating to removing the lithium battery tray and using some of the features on the display. Chris.”

Hello Ian Sorry to read your comment but a little confused. When checking, the product was ordered on line at 21:55 on a Sunday. It was processed and dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday?

“Product was good and delivery prompt, although Royal Mail did not leave notification of parcel that had been delivered, it was left in my dustbin for me to find! I did ask for some advise on how to fit anti rotational bag supports but none was forthcoming, it turned out pretty easy but I did not want to damage the trolley in the process.”

“I had to contact PowerBug regarding my recent purchase of a trolley as there were no instructions on how to assemble it. I was told a memory stick was attached to the handle. There was no memory stick and anyway I wanted a paper booklet. I was then sent an email with an attachment so I could print it off. Why should I have to do this surely the company should do it ? The staff were helpful and the trolley arrived on time . It does not have a guarantee card.”

“The equipment is well made the small lithium battery so far is fine very light and plenty of power only used a few times so time will tell only disappointment i have is that they sent me the wrong colour trolley”

“I had a problem with my powerbug golf trolly, no power. After a call to powerbug they suggested it was probably the battery or charger. They arranged to collect them to test at a cost of £39.00. The battery and charger were fine. So after a chat with Christian at powerbug he decided to send me a part out which l had to fit myself, that wasn't a problem it only took ten minutes to complete, that solved the problem. Christian was very helpful. My only little gripe was l thought the £39.00 charge for a trolly still under warranty was a bit expensive, but all in all very good service.”
