“I think it likely that my order was dispatched very quickly. However the failure was in the courier they used (DPD). The driver obviously could not find our address. I then sent detailed directions and all our contact details. They still failed to deliver. We have a security alarm so we know they did not turn up. No telephone call and no message. They then returned it to Powertoolworld. Very disappointing as we now have to organise another supplier.”

“Bought a great DeWalt jigsaw,at a very competitive price. Spent over £200 as per promotion to qualify for £5 off. However this never happened , probably because there was no place to put a promotion code during checkout. Hay-ho, it's still a great cordless jigsaw!.”

“Lawn mower arrived with one of the wheels missing, I found it in the box but the Start washer thingy wasn't working. I reported it to the seller, the days later he asked for additional info. It seems that now, eventually, Bosch are sending me a replacement Starwasher. When that will arrive is anyone's guess. Because my grass won't stop growing I fixed the wheel with an elastic band, it hasn't fallen off yet.”
