“I have made a few orders via PTW all of them arrive well wrapped and exceptionally fast. I cannot fault service, my only issue is a lot of the items I want are out of stock”

“We have had at least 5 dewalt combi drills ( dcd796 ) in the last 5 years and all of them have failed on the chuck collets or gearbox issues. We were tempted to go back to Makita but have gone for the DCD996 after reading that Dewalt have improved the chuck and collets. Were only one week in and this does feel like it could be up to our rigourous usage. Time will tell.”
