“Ordering process was nice and easy, as per the first time I used it, and the price was excellent, beating a well known high street store by a large margin. Reviews were a good source and weren't censored by the company, so you got them warts and all, once you'd ignored the obvious numpties out to score a point.. Item, a DeWalt jigsaw, was posted and delivered within a couple of days, creditable considering I live in the North of Scotland. As usual, no free delivery because of location - but that's another story... Postage was still reasonable. First class company to deal with. Good website, easy ordering, fast dispatch. My first choice when I need new gear.”

“First time order. Order turned up with packing note enclosed but short, 1 item missing. Emailed Power Tool World, responded to confirm order was short and that the missing item would be sent that day for next day delivery. No DHL confirmation, subsequently emailed a second time, different person responded to say that the person dealing with my order shortfall was off and forgot to process the missing item. Order did turn up, 48 hours after. Will not be using again, only plus side is that people were honest and didn't try to cover up the fact that there was mistake after mistake Power Tool World end.”

“Power Tool World had the lowest price for the DeWalt batteries I wanted. It was a very easy process to order them and they were dispatched later that afternoon, arriving 36 hours later. All in all a very easy way of spending the minimum amount on high quality batteries and receiving excellent service.”
