“Power Tool World is one of my trusted suppliers for tools and equipment suited for carpentry and handy man. Many of my purchases over the past 5 years have been free delivery and some arrived next day. Once I complained about a DeWalt tool case being damaged or faulty; after sending PTW a photo of the problem, it was followed by no-quibble replacement. Just last month my DMR110N Makita radio stopped working. I bought a Makita DMR056O lantern radio to use while get the DMR110N back to Makita for repairs. When Makita didn't honour the warranty because my proof of purchase was a screen dump of the online order reference, Makita refused to repair it. So a quick mail to PTW with that order reference and within a few minutes PTW Customer Service emailed me bnack a copy of the relevant invoice that radio. (Now been waiting couple of days for Makita to respond). So, with good reason I can recommend PTW if you are looking to buy some tools.”

“Order 2 Milwaukee pack out boxes for £55.90 for my son's birthday on the 22nd of August but they never arrived and they still haven't sent me a refund after multiple emails. Would not recommend”

Hello Liam We are sorry to hear of the issues you have faced. We can see that the initial order was lost in the courier network and when we tried to issue replacements we had stock issues. We advised on 02/09 that there was an issue with some PayPal transactions and that we couldn't refund them. You were advise to contact PayPal direct and they would be able to resolve this issue for you. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
